Good value

Spavia is far and away the most affordable spa I've received services from. I'm not typically drawn to small spas, but the size of Spavia actually attributes to its intimate setting. I can't fairly rate this spa overall (I've only had microdermabrasions), but I would be remiss not to recommend Michelle as your esthetician. I found her to be more thorough, knowledgeable and personable than the esthetician I was seeing. I have since cancelled my membership simply because I'm partial to chemical peels and my own personal massage therapist (granted, I pay an exorbitant cost for these services elsewhere). So - if you are looking for affordability, Spavia comes highly recommended from me.
The only downfall to this spa is their product line. I've used virtually every "natural" product out there (without exaggeration), and the Sanita line is extremely irritant to my skin.
Pros: Affordability
Cons: Their product line

Hands down the best spa value in Denver
by TeresaN
Hands down the best spa in Denver. I received a gift card for a massage and facial last year. Both services were exceptional and staff was friendly. I signed up for a monthly membership and get this - I get a full 60 minute deep tissue massage every month which is included in the membership price of $65 per month. It gets better - with a membership I usually add a facial every month - $39 with the membership (50 minute facial). I was asking owner and they've been in business 4 years and they said even in this economy they are doing more business than ever. Not hard to see why. Don't miss this one!
Pros: Exceptional Massage and Facial
Cons: They haven't opened a Spavia downtown

RELAXING!!! Best Massage ever!!!!
by photomom3
I received a promotion in the mail so I decided to try it out and so glad that I did. I decided to have their Signature Massage and an Anti-Aging Facial. I had my massage with Jennifer and she was the best!! I will go back to see her. I also had a facial that was terrific!! The hand treatment was heavenly! Everyone was so nice and I like all the little touches especially the neck wraps and the chocolate mints!! I just dropped a big hint to my husband for Mother's Day so I can go back soon!
Pros: Great services and the staff is great
Cons: none

Best Spa Experience!!
by kristine88
I went to spavia for a massage and facial and both were excellent! I was so impressed by everything that they have to offer. The staff was very friendly and helpful making it easy to come in and relax. I was amazed at the quality of the services I received, and even happier with the price. I decided to become a member which was so easy and gives me even better pricing then they already have! I love spavia and have been recommending it to all of my friends. If you are looking for a nice relaxing place to get away from it all, spavia is it!
Pros: friendly staff, great massages & facials, great prices!
Cons: None

Will NEVER go back! They have no idea how to run a business!
by hlthdr
Horrible experience!
Customer service is less than acceptable. I was given a package as a Valentines Day gift, and they didn?t even give me all of the services that were paid for. They actually said I could come back at a later time, or they would refund me $10! Seriously, $10 on a $350 gift card! You have to be kidding me! There was lunch included in the package, I didn?t get that either. I guess they forgot what they were doing. I can understand forgetting to give me the chocolate and rose that was also part of the package; that my husband paid for, but not having someone there for the facial is unacceptable. We paid for 3 services and were only given 2. The massage was amateur at best. The lack of management is definitely noticed.
Think twice before going there
I even called the owner and sent an email. Not 1 response!!! I will never go back!
Pros: It looks nice on the inside.
Cons: The staff, the management, and the services they offer. Don't buy a package from them!

What a find...great experience!!
by bear62
My girlfriend was getting married so we decided to go and pamper ourselves before her big day. There were six of us so it was hard to find a place that could have all of us. We each had a massage and a facial. Everyone LOVED their treatments. The staff was so nice and the services were amazing. We were all so relaxed and happy when we left. They even gave the bride some chocolates and flowers....great customer service! I've been back once since we all went and still love it so I had to recommend spavia to everyone! This time I had another facial and some waxing...loved it! I'm going to take my boyfriend there for Valentine's Day...can't wait!
Pros: Friendly staff, great services, affordable, open Sundays
Cons: none that I can think of!

Love this place and keep coming back!
by pixiestar070
My friend first introduced me to Spavia Day Spa for my birthday and LOVED it!! I was treated to a full body massage and facial. I had such a great experience that afterward I inquired about the other services and was told about the memberships. They have great membership packages and I felt like I deserved to pamper myself every month and signed up! I had no clue that there was a Spa that I could afford to be a member of every month! I have been going back for the past 4 months, trying all the different services and have a great experience every time! I recently upgrade my membership due to all the services I like to get/try. The front desk gals are fabulous, the therapists are amazing and I always leave very, very relaxed. I have recommended Spavia Day Spa to several of my friends who also walk away feeling the same. I like to check reviews out for places before I go and I wanted to share my experience for others who do the same! Check this place out, give the girls a call and you will be surprised at what a great experience you get...esp for the value!
Pros: The Whole Experience!

Loved it - the facial was perfect
by ddavis2
The facial was relaxing and did exactly what I needed. I get a lot of facials and the cleansing, mask, exfoliation was exactly what my faced needed. Spavia is very relaxing atmosphere, customer service was friendly and effecient. Spavia is small and quaint, it is relaxing. It is not a high end resort spa with saunas, whirlpool workout area etc. My first visit was $45 which is unheard of for this kind of facial. Don't miss this place.
Pros: Exceeded my expectations
Cons: Had to book two weeks in advance for Sat.

Big Oopsie but Rectified - be sure they confirm your appointment at the front desk!
by bean4544
Made an appt for my Hub and it turns out they moved it to the NEXT weekend without telling us, but they took him to the back without checking first. He disrobed and sat in the back for 30 mins before someone wondered 'who he was'. They told him the bad news, and in the name of Customer Service, following massive apologies, his appt NEXT weekend is now COMPED and I get a freebie too! Worth my Hub sitting in a robe for 30 mins in the back area with no massage to show for it huh?! :) If the massage place gives you lemons, may as well get comped lemonade out of it. :)
Pros: The massage therapists are very skilled, friendly and professional
Cons: The locker area is a bit cramped and not as private as I'd like it to be

Best massage anywhere
by kevink7777
I've traveled all over the world and a massage from Spavia is as good as any five star resort, including Ritz, Canyon Ranch etc. The value - 60 minutes for monthly membership is $49 a month is a nice surprise. I'd recommend Spavia to anyone. I'm pretty athletic and have a lot of back pain, so monthly massage is critical. Spavia delivers both with excellent treatments and great service.
Pros: Best massages, great service
Cons: Need Spavia's in more places in the world so I can us when travelling

Best spa in Denver
by joannedavis
I've been going to spavia for almost 2 years. Both facials and massages are consistently exceptional. Their pricing allows me to go far more frequently, in fact their monthly program has been almost too good to be true. While massage are always great, the facials are consistently the best I've had - and I've been to spa's all over the world. This isn't the kind of places that has hot tubs and steam rooms, but you really won't miss it. You are going to love this place!
Pros: Best Spa in Denver
Cons: Need to schedule Saturdays at least a week in advance

If you want a good facial, go elsewhere
by cokibeach
Thi spa is like going to the dentist---get me in, and get me out, FAST. The facial was blah and not result oriented but a fluff and buff experience. The product line used is Sanitas, which stripped my skin raw. The gal doing my facial was not friendly nor experienced. I woulden't even send my worst enemy there.
Pros: parking
Cons: facial

I love the treatments and the staff. They take care of me and insure everything goes just right. I can't say enough about this spa and the friendly staff.
Pros: THe staff can't be beat

A spa not to be missed!
by lreiser
Finally someone has got it right--a relaxing, wonderful experience and an unbeatable price! It is amazing the depth and variety of the "spa menu"--other spas that try to offer a similar value do not even come close to the "first-class" offerings that spavia provides. This is a place not to be missed if you have any notion of having a massage or facial--the price and experience can't be beat!

Felt like a generic strip mall facial-locker room is a joke
by jennamikals
The locker room was filled with 5 other women trying to get to their lockers at the same time i was - this room is too small - no privacy. The facial was ok but the extractions were very aggressive and uncomfortable. not a relaxing experience for me - even if it is cheap. you get what you pay for.

Denvers best kept secret - a great experience at a great price. I've been going to day spa's for years and this one puts it all together. My husband even likes it for the sports massages.
by julesforsberg
SPAVIA is an amazing place. They understand how to give great customer service and pay attention to the details. My favorite treatment is probably the hot stone and my husband likes the sports and deep tissue. We go monthly on a membership program. I tried their facial last month which was heavenly. They took the time to check my skin and recommended some terrific natural products. I would recommend it to anyone.
Pros: Relaxing, great experience. Very skilled therapists, Variety of treatments, Price.
Cons: Getting harder to get appointments- although they just hired more therapists.

A great place to get a massage
by fullbellyhappybelly
Very friendly, warm and relaxing day spa. The locker room and lounge area are small and tight spaces, but the staff is very friendly and my massage was great! As a first-time customer you receive $20 off your treatment, so my swedish was only $39. I will definitely go back!
Pros: Great value, friendly staff
Cons: Tiny locker room and lounge area

Great spa day!!!!!
by lucagal
Wow..I just came back from the best spa experience! My husband bought me a gift certificate to spavia and I want another one! I feel so pampered and so relaxed. They even served me lunch with my spa treatments...I had a Green Tea Body Wrap, Massage and Facial....absolutely the best! Our anniversary is coming up and want to do it all again! They have a membership where you save on massages and facials and discounts on products. I'm asking for the membership from my husband for our anniversary and then I can bring him too!
Pros: Everything...ambiance, service, massage
Cons: none that I can think of...

Best massages and facials at the best prices!
by kersgirl
I went there because my friend had told me about spavia. It is such a relaxing atmosphere and the services are great. I joined as a member because I can save on my monthly services. I love it there! Everyone is so friendly. I've had a couple of massages and they were awesome!! The facial was the best I'd ever had in all of Denver. I highly recommend spavia to anyone!
Pros: Quality of services, atmosphere, product offerings
Cons: Parking can be busy at lunch but I always find a spot!

best sports and deep tissue massage I've had
by len1925
This place did wonders for my athletically worn body. I compete in triathlons and the therapists at spavia know how to get out the aches and pains. I'd recommend this place to anyone that does a lot of sports.
Pros: customer service is exceptional
Cons: can't think of any

Best massage anywhere
by gloria74
This place is the best kept secret in Denver. From the moment I walked in the service was exceptional. spavia is like a hotel spa without the high prices. They have a membership which let's customers pay $49 a month and get an hour massage or facial. I'm going to try the hot stone on my next visit.
Pros: service was exceptional - in 20 years in Denver this is the best I've seen
Cons: the only drawback is I don't have time to go every week

Best value for great massage in town!
by freedberg2004
You can't go wrong here. They make you feel like royalty and your pocketbook will thank you. I can't recommend Spa Via highly enough. Join as a member and get a regular massage for half of what you are used to paying.
Pros: Best value in town

We love our monthly membership
by slyadam
This is a great spa. My wife and I were looking for a reliable spa nearby our home in Lone Tree / Highlands Ranch, and we noticed the Spa Via had opened on County Line and Yosemite. We gave it a try and have been hooked since. Plus, the pampering we received is now a monthly luxury we can afford since the massages cost about half of what we have paid in the past.
Pros: Great value
Cons: Sometimes they are booked
