I am going to complain to Mesquite and the state on this company. I had a clog between the wall and the "p-trap". The person sent to my house without even bring tools into the house wanted to climb on the roof and work from there. This is an instant $175.00 bonus for him. The clog was in no way accessible from either the roof or the outside clean out. Which by the way, he claimed I didn't have. I am sure it would have helped if he had looked for it. If you use this company, do so at your own risk. I wouldn't let them on my property again.
