Frank did a great job of installing a new heater for me. He went above and beyond in getting me the model I requested when it was not available at Home Depot. His work and follow-up were thorough and I would call on him again for any heating/cooling work

Very pleased with the service, the professionalism, the courteousness and the friendliness. Did not charge us an arm and a leg for responding at 9 p.m. We are going to keep his card on file should we ever need him again and when we sell this house next year, we are going to include his card in the documentations.

I was hesitant to try this service and not go with recommendations from friends but I needed the job done asap! NOW I have someone I can highly recommend to friends and family! Frank from Refrigeration Experts was wonderful! Initially over the phone he explained potential problems and when he got to my house he was on time and further explained the diagnosis. Surprisingly to me the job was done within an hour and we had air-conditioning!!! THANK YOU!! I WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO EVERYONE!!!
