My first and last experiance at K9 LOFT. The concept is great but the management was rude when dealing with an accounting error and did not conduct himself professionally even when I pointed out to him their mistake he still was rude and wrong. Go figure, what is bu$$ine$$ become these days?

Boy were we tired of driving to mid-city for the pet supplies, another place for grooming and yet another person for pet-sitting. Not only does K-9 loft have an excellent selection, they treat our Bella like family!

I took my chocolate Lab Elsa to K9 Loft last week and had a great experience. The place was very clean and the staff was really friendly. And best of all its located on Sunset Blvd. in Echo Park. If you use daycare for your dog I highly recommend this place.
