I know it's hard to pick or hire an inspector when all you can do is read what is on their websites. One way is to call and ask for a price on the property that you are dealing with. Call us and we'll make sure you get it! Greetings let me first answer your three main questions: How soon can you schedule the inspection? Most inspections are scheduled within 24 hours of your calling (sometimes even the same day!!). You will be calling me directly since I use my cell phone as my main business line, and not having you to wait for me to return your message. When do I get the report? I will complete the report on-site using my computer and printer. If you need the report faxed, it will be sent the same day. you will recieve two (2) reports so you can pass the other one to the other agent if needed. How much do you charge? My prices are competive and fair, I use the latest computer software and technology to keep up in the fast pace real estate market. You deserve the best!
