I went to Melissa after I damaged my hair using a cheap flat iron. She deep conditioned it and cut the damaged ends off and threw in some awesome layers! My hair looks amazing! She even sold me a salon quality flat iron and showed me how to properly use it and what product to use on my hair. I will always refer anyone & everyone I can to her. Melissa is amazing at what she does!

Breaking up with a "good enough" hair designer can be risky, as I have struggled to find someone new for many months. I feel blessed to have found Melissa Jones. When it comes down to it, it's all about talent, not years of experience. She gave me a haircut that rivaled anything my past designers have done, some of whom were European-trained and participated in hair shows throughout the U.S. and Canada. I desparately needed a new look to go with my new body, and she came through for me. The next day at work, I was getting comments like, "You look like a rock star." Not bad when you're 54 and trying to beat back frumpiness! Now I can just relax and eagerly anticipate my next appointment. Thank you, Melissa.

Jessica is AWESOME!!!!! I am so happy with my hair. This is the first time in a long time I walked out of a salon and loved my hair 100% from color to cut. Jessica is extremely talented and very professional. I have blonde hair with low lights and wanted a certain look and she nailed it! I have been so frustrated trying to find someone who could get my color the way I visioned it. Jessica is a true artist when it comes to hair. My hair feels healthy and I love it! Thanks Jessica.

I have been going to Jessica for about 3 years now on any and everything I need done to my hair. I have had everything from hair extensions to multiple hair colors, highlights and haircuts done through her. Never have I had a problem with my hair looking damaged, over processed, or having any kind of messy color that I have found from getting my hair done in other places in the past. She is very sweet and always patient with her clients, since sometimes we don't always know what we want done to our hair. The salon is in a great location and easy to find. I would, and I do recommend her to all my friends and those looking for someone they can go to with confidence in getting their hair done.

After two failed attempts at getting the hairstyle/cut I wanted with different hair stylists from very reputable salons in uptown Dallas, I finally have the haircut I've been wanting for months! I found Jessica online and read all of the great reviews and decided to give her a try. I loved the one on one attention and great conversation, she made me feel at ease and took her time to listen to my needs and made sure my hair was perfectly the way I wanted it. I must say I was very skeptical as I have a lot of hair and it's very thick, and after getting my hair butchered by other stylist, I didn't know what I was going to end up with. I can tell you that as soon as I got back to work after my appointment with Jessica, EVERYONE noticed my new look and completely love it! Now I'm thinking of going back and having her do some hilights....Bottom line, she rocks!

October 2009 update: So, after cheating on Jessica with an OLD HAG that promised something she couldn?t deliver, I went back to Jessica so she could fix the mess that was on my head. Not only did she fix it TWICE ? she even cut and styled it and made it look good. I also purchased some great products at amazing prices from her salon, slowly but surely Jessica is helping me nourish my hair back to health after an awful mistake made by a stylist that claimed to have decades of experience. I can?t say enough good things about Jessica. Just one quick warning for those of you out there thinking about trying someone else other than Jessica: THERE ARE A LOT OF WACKOS OUT THERE THAT WILL SCREW YOUR HAIR UP! JESSICA WILL GET IT RIGHT EVERY TIME. Trust me! :)

I found Jessica and Melissa on CitySearch. I rarely take the time to get my hair done, and came in with a real mess. Melissa was super sweet, listened to me and then went to work. Made an appointment with Melissa for the first time to get highlights and haircut and was very happy with the results.
Even though I didn't know exactly how to explain the color I was looking for, she listened to me and made it happen. She's funny and very sweet.

I went to see Jessica Myers based on reviews from this site about a year and a half ago. I really was looking for a new hairstylist and wanted so much to like her. However, I was quite disappointed!
For starters, I thought that for the price, her service was really lackluster. She paid more attention to a girl who was in from out of town than to me, who would have happily been a long-term client. I had to keep asking her how long it would take, and there were times where I thought she forgot about me while my hair was processing.
Finally, I read on the reviews here that she offers a refer-a-friend program...well, I wasn't told of it, and I have plenty of family members that would have been happy to patronize her.
My haircut and color were okay, but really nothing special at all.
Maybe it was just a clash of personality, I dunno... But I don't patronize hairdressers who don't treat me respectfully.

I moved to dallas about a year ago, so decided it was FINALLY time to find a new hair girl! I saw all the great reviews and figured I'd try the salon out. My hair was done by Melissa and she did an awesome job! My hair was DARKKKK brown and she put really blonde highlights in it -- without frying or damaging my hair at all!! I am still blown away by how light she was able to get my hair!! I will def. continue seeing her! Melissa is super sweet and I had so much fun talking to her and Jessica! Melissa has been my stylist for little over a year now. I am VERY picky when it comes to my highlights & cut and Melissa has YET to disappoint. She is very thorough and listens to what the client is wanting/looking for & is always willing to go back and fix/add anything the client feels is needed. I've referred friends to her in the past and they are happy with her also. If you are in the market for a new stylist...Melissa is your girl! Update: I went to Melissa last Friday to get my highlights & cut. Since then I've had TONS of compliments on my hair & passed out several of her cards. She is definitely a gem in the rough!

Jess is the best phone call I ever made!

I was referred to Jess from another client of hers after walking out of another salon in tears. I had just moved here from California and knew no one and on top of that this other salon( TG) gave me a mullet...Yeah I said it a mullet.

Jess had the awesome task of attempting to fix what they butchered and I mean it was bad...I went from very long curly blonde hair to nothing.... When I walked into Jessicas salong and met her for the first time I instantly trusted her I had no hesitation. I let her pick her scissors up and start cutting.

I WALKED OUT OF HER SALON WITH A RENEWED CONFIDENCE!!!!!!

She really is a miracle worker. So here I am a year and half later still with Jessica Myers and guess what no mullet LOL !!!!! SHE IS AWESOME!

Jessica is Amazing!! I just moved to the area a few months ago and after a HORRIBLE experience at another local salon, I was a little scared trying another new stylist. She did a fabulous job on my hair! I normally go really blonde with full highlights, but for the first time wanted to go darker, and Jessica did great!! I brought in a picture and it ended up looking identical, with great blended highlights and tone to it.. . I am SO happy and LOVE it!! I will absolutely go back and am so thankful I don't have to worry about my hair being butchered ever again!! Thanks Jessica!!

I was lucky enough to discover Jessica through this website and with all the rave reviews about her I knew I had to go to her. She did the most beautiful highlights and the color was exactly what I was looking for. She was even able to correct an uneven hair cut on short hair without making it shorter! I didn?t think anything of if when Jessica told me to refer five friends and I?d get a free hair cut. My hair looked so great all on its own that people approached ME for her card. And now I?m booked for my free haircut!! My color is amazing and EXACTLY what I was looking for. I?ve been to Jessica three times and each experience has been unique with a fresh new look. Jessica Myers is the best stylist I have ever had. I get many compliments on my hair color and cut. Jessica is honest and personable with great taste. She listens to what you want and what works best for your face. She recently completed an amazing up-do for a wedding I was in and I received countless compliments. The up-do went beautifully with my facial structure and hair length. Jessica is the most friendly, reliable, professional, creative, patient, accommodating, and affordable hair stylist I've ever had! I am new to Addison and my hairdresser moved! Help! I went online looking for someone that specialized in Color AND curly hair. I have naturally curly hair and have had bad experiences in the past with hairdressers because of my curly hair and for some reason with women stylist. She was conveniently located in Addison and had a lot of reviews from happy customers. I have now had a cut , color , straightening and I am considering hair extensions. She is simply fantastic! I stumbled upon Jessica on accident about a year and half ago. I originally asked only for a trim (as I was growing mine out) and all over brown. I left that day with blonde short hair and have never gone anywhere else since. She knows what looks good and she knows how to make it happen. I recommend her to all of friends, family, and co-workers and once they go, they are hooked; they never go anywhere else after that. On top of just being amazing at her job, you can tell she loves what she does and always has a great attitude. Go see Jessica!

When you first walk into Jessica's Suite at Salon Boutique my first impression was how comfortable and relaxed the place was. After a long days work the last thing I needed was to walk into a place that was going a mile a minute with loud annoying music and people all around! I want a place that is relaxing and can put my mind at ease after having to go all day long. This is what I found. Jessica is warm and made me feel so at home right away! I didn't really have any ideas on my hair but after talking with Jessica she made me so excited as to what we were going to do. And it was so great that she got really excited too! That made me feel even more excited to see that she truly is passionate about her work instead of just doing "cookie cutter" hair and everyone walking out looking the same. I would highly recommend ANYONE going here! I am going to tell all of my friends and family about her! I finally found a caring and compassionate stylist that does amazing hair! Jessica is the best stylist ever! I have been going to Jessica for about 5 years(maybe more??) I am always being stopped by others and they want to know "who does your hair?"...I gladly say my sweet stylist Jessica Myers. She shows such care in the way she treats you. She wants you to love your hair and she wants to make sure you look the best you can possibly look. I have gone in not knowing what I want and she makes me look better than I would have imagined! She is awesome and I recommend her to everyone I can. My favorite part is that she has a great new location. She has given it her personal touch and it is so cozy and cute! I feel like I am hanging out in a pretty little hair boutique! All in all the entire experience with Jessica is nothing short of FABULOUS! You will LOVE her!

this girl is amazing - every time i get my hair done by jess i get compliments everywhere i go. the grocery store, my daughter's school, people stop and comment! it's crazy! and since i'm in houston and she's in dallas, sometimes i have to go longer between cuts or colors but it still looks great! it's like it starts morphing into another fabulous cut and THEN people start asking AGAIN, did you get your hair done? it's magical! :) and she always hits the color on the head (no pun intended!) - whether you just want to freshen up your original color or go a little more dramatic she will do that for you, working with skin tone, maintenance issues, etc. she is just so good! you will not regret going to see her - she is so fun, witty & caring and wants to make you look your best! don't put it off - call her today!! :)

What an amazing experience and totaly confidence boost for me! I recently moved back to Dallas after living in VA for a few years and desperately needed an update. I found Salon D by chance online, and the receptionist suggested a cut/color with Jessica. It was like one of those magazine makeovers where I went from frumpy to hot in an hour. She is truly the most talented stylist I've ever been to, and she does a wonderful job with eyelash extentions. I've even referred 3 of my friends recently thanks to her superb attention to detail and reasonable rates. In fact, my aesthetician, who has been in the business for many, many years, said that Jessica does the best extensions in the busines that she's ever seen in all her years! You won't be diappointed, and you're sure to have a great time chatting with beautiful, genuine Jessica!

LOVE her AND her work!!!!! She has been doing my hair for some time now, and I ALWAYS get compliments. She is very detailed and won't finish until every strand is perfect. I always have to keep her cards on me because people always want to know who does my hair. I always have a great time - she is a hoot!! I also started getting eyelash extensions from Jessica, and she is brilliant! I have really thin, hard to see eyelashes normally, but Jessica makes my eyes beautiful! I will never trust anyone except her with my hair and my eyes!!

Jessica does a wonderful job with my hair! She is great at providing suggestions and is very good at figuring out what looks good on people. Jessica has cut and colored my hair and I have received a ton of compliments, since I started going to her. I had my color done last week and the next day a man on the elevator told me that I had the perfect hair color! He was shocked to learn that it wasn't my natural color. Dai is the best stylist I have come across. I've noticed that when my hair is growing out from being cut by Dai, it still looks great. I've always gotten compliments after he cuts my hair. I also have 3 sisters who go to Dai, one is from California. When she comes to Dallas she gets Dai to cut her hair. Keep up the good work Dai!! I have been going to Jessica ever since she was attending Paul Mitchell's school. She was highly regarded there and her talents were very evident from the start. I believe color is her forte' but she's amazing at cuts and extensions. She's done extensions twice on me and it really changed the way I looked, melting away years!!!! My friends didn't believe I had extensions because the color was so perfect even though my hair was longer. I basically let her do what she wants only making a few comments - I totally trust her to do what will look good on me. It's what she's trained to do and she does it to perfection. Also, she is very outgoing and a good conversationalist - bubbly and totally adorable!!! Jessica is a complete sweetheart - she means well, is personable and I'm sure more times than not, does a great job cutting & coloring hair. She sorely lacks when it comes to communication of process though. Aside from the emails that I sent, with photos of exactly what my hair used to look like and my expectations, we did not talk about it - I mistakingly assumed we were on the same page from the email correspondence. (I found her through a friend's recommendation to Salon D and her reviews on Citysearch) I just moved to Dallas from southern California and now more than anything, I miss my awesome stylist out there!! When I got to Dallas, I looked and felt like a sassy, sexi single & successful professional. Now.. my hair makes me feel like a busy corporate mom-ish type with no time for flirting. I gave my new hair the benefit of a week to get used to it, but it just looks bad. The cut is not easy to style, it does not lay naturally & if I run my fingers through it, it sits weird. All things an expert stylist can overcome with a round brush, dryer, clips and a better angle over my crown... but DOESN'T do me any good. My only consolation is that this stagnant hair style will eventually grow out... in 3 months... :(

Pros: Plenty of parking & nice people

Cons: It's a salon - what is ever done to rectify a bad cut?

Jessica has been doing my hair for I think over 4 years now. I actually went to her while she was still in cosmetology school and loved her SO much I followed her to her salon. She is FABULOUS! Seriously, before going to her no one really ever noticed my hair and now I get stopped by total strangers asking where I get my hair done. Jessica has allowed me to experiment with my hair going from brown, to blonde to red to black. She does whatever you ask her to do and won't stop until you are completely satisfied! She is extremely creative and talented and sees things from a different perspective. She will encourage you to branch out while still honoring your requests to stay near your comfort zone. I seriously could go on and on about how amazing Jessica is but you should just try it for yoursef! Trust me, you will LOVE her. She is friendly, fun, and extremely talented! It is hard to trust just anyone with your hair - but Jessica is one person you can trust and rely on to do an amazing job! You won't be disappointed

I have to say Jessica Myers has done more for me than any other hairdresser in my entire life! She cut my hair and highlighted it EXACTLY the way I wanted it done! Nobody else has done that before - they always do it their way. Not Jessica - she finds out what you want and does it the way you want it done! I am thrilled to be a new customer of Jessica's because she uses the best products and she takes her time and makes her customers feel very special. I felt like a "new" person when I left Salon D and I knew I looked different when everyone at my job went crazy over my new hairdo! Then my family went crazy when I got home! It was such a great feeling - thanks to Jessica!

After being continuously disappointed with my former hairdresser, I found Jessica! She did my color and put extensions in, and let me tell you, she should be doing this in Hollywood. No one knows I have extensions, they look so natural! It was an all day job to put them in and I never got bored. She's so easy to talk to, just a joy to be around.
