Precision Sunrooms replaced my sunroom roof after it was damaged by winter weather. Their organization provided a competitive quote and quality workmanship. The replacement roof was done in a timely fashion and their workers were very professional.

I highly recommend that you call Precision Sunrooms if you're thinking about installing a sunroom. It was the best investment to make for my home. Whether it's summer or winter, this all season room has become the most popular room in my home to hang out in. Don, the owner, is so patient to work with. He spends time going through all of the details and has showed up on-site many times to answer my questions in person. Plus, the overall quality and craftsmanship is top notch. I hope you are delighted as much as I am if you decide on a sunroom with Precision.

Don from Precision contacted me and has replaced the 2 windows of defective glass in my sun room. There was no charge for the glass or for the labor. Precison has stated they will honor my warranty with them for as long as I own my home in light of the fact that the glass manufacturer has forced Precision to pay for the glass. I very happy with the commitment by Don to live up to Precision's original warranty with me. I consider this matter closed and I only hope the vacum seal in the glass holds up to time. Thanks Don for honoring the warranty and the outstanding customer service!

I had built in 2002 what was called a 4 season Sun Room installed on my house for $13K The Sun Room has thermal windows but with metal frames and poor seals. On eof the two windows is a slider. There are drafts from all the windows and the metal frame conduct the cold in the winter. We had a gas stove installed so we could use the room during the winter months. However, even with the stove cranked up high, the room is so cold in January to March that it will only get up to 55 degrees. The stove was installed to heat a room much larger than the Sun Room. We have since abandoned the idea of using the room in the winter. Three defects we have noticed: 1) In the Fall we get inundated in our area with Lady Bugs and other insects. Hundreds can find there way into the Sun Room from the outside through joints that were not caulked properly or properly joined where there are gaps left on the outside of the structure. 2) I also encountered severe water leaks this year from the ceiling panel seams. Fortunately for me, I'm handy and was able to go on the Sun Room roof and repair the Leaks by removing the old caulk and using a high end GE Silicon caulking. 3) About 3 years ago two sliding windows got fogged up with condensation for no apparent reason. I called the owner, Don and he replaced them for free but charged several hundred Dollars to reinstall one fixed pane and one sliding glass window. About a year later another sliding glass window went bad and was fogged. Again, I called Don and he did have one in stock. This time I picked it up and installed it into the frame myself to avoid the labor charges. Now one year later (in 2009) I have two more sliding windows that are fogged up. I called Don and asked if he could order me two glass replacements. I told him I would pick them up at his shop in Pittstown, NJ and would replace them myself. Two weeks after I spoke with Don, I received a letter in the mail stating that "Metals USA has adopted a policy where they will not warranty any glass on jobs older than March 2003. Since my materials were purchased in June 2002, they feel my request does not qualify". Don has indicated he is out of stock and to order new glass it will cost $275/window. Precision Sunrooms provided me with a Life Time Warranty when I bought the Sun Room. Lifetime - Free Parts as long as you own your home and covers defective hardware. Glass (as long as you own your home). This "covers manufacturer's defect resulting in breakage and fogging". So why do I need to pay $275 / window for a Life Time warranty? My recommendation to anyone installing a Sun Room is go to another outfit and not have your sun room installed by Precision Sun Rooms. The Sun Room materials are not high quality and the room is not built to seal out drafts and insects.

I actually met with four different patio enclosure companies. But the minute I met Don and Lee I knew that I was going to hire them. They are very professional, honest, and talented. I have already hired them for another project.
