Facelogic

I went and had a facial at the Facelogic of 183 by the Target and it was AMAZING. I wasn't sure if I would like the atmosphere or not since it was not like the usual spas I went to but the atmosphere was relaxing. The woman that did my service was very knowledgeable. I will definatley go back again.

I discovered Facelogic at a Bridal Extravaganza. After just one visit, I became a member. The people are wonderful. The owner is great. Now, after just a few sessions, my skin has improved tremendously. I love the mini massages with the facial, the ambiance,.etc. I am appreciative of the service.
I am a member at the location on 183 near Dave & Busters.

I am sorry to hear about the last postings frustration. But I wanted to make sure that you understand that Facelogic is a franchise and that all three locations here in the Austin area are owned and ran by completely different people. They each offer different prices, products, facials, and overall experiences. However I can understand the frustration of going to one and not having a great experience the way that situation was handled was to say the least unprofessional, but if you dare I would recommended trying another location like the Arboretum or Round Rock locations and finding the right location to fit in your life.

I signed up way back when it opened.At that time the monthly membership fee was $39. Now that has increased. The Aesthetiton's do a great job with the facials and are very nice. On the other hand I could not say that about the Owner who is fake as can be. I had purchased an eyeliner that cost me $20.00 which was dryed out. I Called the Owner Jennifer explained what happened. In response she told me the eyeliner was discontinued. She had one left and gave me another one that did NOT work.

Needless to say now we know why they are discontinued! When she gave me the eyeliner she told me that this would be final sale. Therefore when the second eyeliner did not work. I did not say anything because it was "final sale". So she knew something was wrong with them but wanted to keep the money.

Just recently I had set up an appt for NOV. I have never missed or if I had to miss an appt i called and cancelled. Well one day last month I happened to have an emergency. I called spoke to Jennifer the owner. She did let me reschedule for the month. I could not come to the new appt I was extremely sick. So i understood that I would be charged for that month without having my monthly facial.

At this point I started thinking this is not necessary to have every month. I decided to cancel my membership. I called Facelogic spoke w/ the girl at the front. She informed me I can write an email informing Jennifer , so thats what i did. Today I get a rude phone call from Jennifer stating "Are you coming to tom ? I told you that you could not make up other Facial since you missed you appt" I told her she charged my card for the month of December so yes I will be having my last facial. I asked her if she received my email? She said" No I have to have the letter in writing. I told her I would print it out and give it to you. I

f you are thinking of becoming a member thats good but just be careful. This lady is money hungry and really doesn't care about her customers! She will get you with her fake sweet soft voice.

My sweet husband decided to surprise me with a gift certificate for a facial. How lucky am I that he chose such a wonderful venue?I was a little surprised at the unique ambiance, and swiftly relaxed to the point of bliss.My facialist had the hands of an angel and I swear I look younger already. Everyone was so professional and genuinely caring. I wondered how my husband came across this spa, so when I asked him, he mentioned that his coworker was a member and suggested it. I am so glad she did!Do this for yourself, or share it with someone you love!
