You can tell by how the place feels when you walk in. I have had facials and laser hair removal there. Everyone that works there is licensed for their trade so I'm not sure what Ginger P is talking about (there are framed certifications in the treatment rooms). In other spas I have felt less comfortable, but there's no snootiness at 3 Graces - everyone is very warm and welcoming. It's got a good location for lunchtime pick-me-up. The spa offers a ton of different types of treatments. Nicely decorated, smells good, soothing music. The atmosphere is very elegant but the staff is friendly---not snooty like those at other upscale spas.
