I discourage anyone from seeking business from this company. In a nutshell, I was charged $240 without having my problem repaired.
A repair person came to do an inspection ($120/hr.) Believing that my problem had been resolved, the unit broke down again. This individual came to re-inspect the problem and was then told that I would receive a follow-up call after the problem he could diagnose the problem. No one contacted me after several days and after a couple of unsuccessful attempts, I was able to reach someone. I was told that the repair person could not diagnose the problem. I was also informed that although my problem was not fixed, I would not be able to receive a refund. I was also told that I was not charged for the additional visit (which was to re-inspect a problem that was supposed to have been repaired!). The owner did not respond to multiples messages I left for him to discuss my grievance.
I discourage anyone seeking this company's business given that they do not honor their guarantees, lack of timeliness/ responsiveness of follow-up, and general disregard for customers' concerns.

I just wanted to mention how satisfied I am with the level of service you company provides. I want to thank you for the excellent service. We ordered technician to come to our house and to check our AC the compressor was replaced the same day. Our Air Conditioning is blowing cold air again. My husband and I were very pleased.

This is not a complaint, but a compliment. I am a professional IT consultant and I am always very limited with my time in the house. My refrigerator wasnt working and I call you guys 7.30 p.m. I have my refrigerator fixed the same night !!! Thank you. I hope you guys do well. Well done.

Thank you for such speedy service. It call on Monday 11.a.m., and the technician show up on front of my door 1.30 p.m. the same day. Wonderful my Kenmore washer was repaired right away and now works great no more leaks I'll definitely spread the good word around.
