The staff were awesome and friendly, knowledgeable. The products are wonderful, too, as I've used them for over 30 years. the only issue I had, which ended up being the breaking point, is that I placed an order for my make-up as the store was out of the product. Two weeks after placing my order, the product is still not received by the store, and I have run out of the product at home. I was not notified by the store that the product would take longer to be received either. Customer service outside of their immediate face-to-face activities leave much to be desired.
