Leo's Exotic Artz Tattoo Emporium

I have been tattooed 5 previous times in 4 different states. Leo's is by far the best! I got a previous tattoo covered up and the staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and answered all of my questions. Leo is talented, experienced, and professional. I found the shop to be clean and watched the packaging being opened for my new needles. I will be returning to Leo's for more ink in the future.

I went to Leo's and received top notch service from the time I walked in till the time I was done getting my tattoo. My tattoo was better then I ever thought was possible and I will be a returning customer FOR LIFE!!!!!

I, too, used to go to Eyewitness, but after they took a tattoo I had self-designed and plugged it into their computer to show me what it "should" look like, I decided to look elsewhere. Luckily, Leo's was right down the street and, now that I've experienced it, I won't get "inked" anywhere else in Tulsa - period. Clean, professional, personable, and talented. What more could you want in a tattoo artist?

I was very impressed with Leos Tatoo shop. They were very professional yet made me and my husband feel like we were among friends. Rick did my tat and it turned out awesome. I'm no stranger to tatoo shops and this was the best by far. Thanks guys be seeing you soon.

I absolutely love Leo's Exotic Artz. Their prices are very reasonable and their work is fantastic. I wouldn't go anywhere. I recommand them very highly.

Went to Leo's and will never go anywhere else again! Leo was awesome! My tat turned out even better than I had imagined!! I HIGHLY recommend Leo's!

I had booked an appt wtih brookside and I had to resch once and they were VERY RUDE!! I went to exotic art and saw randall...He was AWESOME and cheap!! Love him!! I will soooo be telling everyone to go there!!

Was going to Eyewitness for a couple of my tats. I just thought that rude people came with the industry. BOY WAS I WRONG!! I was going to be charged $180.00 for a dime size heart on my hip by some idiot at Eyewitness. I went to Exotic Artz and dealt with Leo, talk about night and day. Leo and all the staff were nice and don't charge outrageous prices!! You're not out in the open either like at other places. The tattoo is actually better than any I've gotten at Eyewitness. I will send EVERYONE I know there. Thanks guys!
