It's true Tripres is sneaky and they charge your card right away and you can't cancel w/o paying $50 per person and then the hotel has addt'l charges per night so you did not save anything.It is cheaper to book with the hotel.The need to be reported to BBB

Tripres does their business in very sneaky way. Once you booked your hotel, it is impossible to change date, cancel it or modify. They charge some extra fees but don't show it up clearly so you don't notice. They intentionally write their cancellation policy pages long and in small fond so make it hard for you to read. They ask how many people will be in the room in their reservation working sheet. I was stupid enough to put 2 people. Then I found out that the hotel actually has much cheaper price. I want to cancel my reservation from Tripres. They will charge $50 per person.
This is very ridiculous. This business doomed to fail because they don't consider their customers and are not honest.
