they were leaving the bag trash in the kitchen when they left. We complained and were told that they wouldn't do that but it took 2-3 more weeks before they started taking the trash out. They didn't come when scheduled. The last time they came, they showed up 3 hrs late and threw off my evening schedule by staying into dinner time. There was no apology. The grout in my shower got blacker the longer I used them. When I called to complain, they cancelled service without notifying me. I would rather do it myself than depend on these unreliable clowns.

I was totally not prepared for this company. Over the phone i was given an estimate of approximately 45.00 per room and when he arrived i was told that it would cost me 299.00. He wrote up his report as if my carpet was heavily soiled with many permanent stains. my carpet is only a year old, we have no pets, and has small spots around the table. After debating both the price and the condition of the carpet he agreed to do it for only 198.00. When he was done i had wet carpet and the same dirty spots that i started with. after he left i went to the store and picked up a can of Resolve and the spots came right up. As if i wasn't upset enough...they used my water and my electricity to do the job. the machine was using so much energy that it caused my breaker to go out about 5-6 times. I would not recommend them to anyone!

They took the time to make sure the job was done to perfection at a very reasonable price. Very impressed. Will be recommending to my my friends & family.

Very impressed with the quality of work & outstanding professionalism that was shown when WOW cleaned my windows & gutters. I will be using WOW next season and many seasons to come.

Wow window and gutter cleaning provides quality service and normally can get you scheduled with in a few days. They spend the time to clean your gutters well after a leafy winter season.
