It was my first time at Brother Jimmy's, and I was meeting a group of new people there. When asking the bouncer if anyone from the group was here, he brushed me off and told me to ask around in the back (where it was obviously not the type of group I was referring to). When I returned, he brushed me off to look in the other direction and was very unhelpful and unfriendly. The blond woman working there was even more unhelpful and unprofessional. She was snippy and mentioned that they get people in there all the time. If she were a good "hostess", she would be observant, and if someone had mentioned that they were part of a group and that others were coming, then (as at other restaurants) she could point the people arriving to the group. She even snipped, "This isn't that big of a place. Just look around!". When I finally found my group, I told the bouncer and Barbie that if anyone else comes in asking for the group that we were over at a certain part of the bar. The bouncer quipped, "Oh, because certainly THEY look like touch football players" (the group). The bartender was friendly and helpful, though. For being in a "service" industry, I was not impressed with Brother Jimmy's at all. Definitely not Southern hospitality.
Cons: Unfriendly, unintelligent, and unprofessional front staff
