They claim they take care of their customers, but what they do is take advantage of men who doesn't know anything about jewelry or diamonds. I had a plat and diamond setting purchase here in 2001. I took the setting with another stone to set it, and they wanted to charge me over $200 dollars just to put the simple stone in. Reason was insurance, so I took it to Ben Bridge in Bell square and they got it done in 3 days with only $50. The girls that work in EE Robbins in Bellevue were snotty, selfish, unknowledgeable and downright rude.
