Independent Auto Care Honda Acura Toyota

I went into Independent Auto Care about a year ago for a routine oil change, and was pleasantly surprised by the clean waiting room. I let my baby crawl on the floor (which I NEVER do) while I sat and read a magazine. I have been taking my Honda & Toyota into Independent ever since, and have been amazed at how honest, dependable, and professional these guys are. Being a woman, this is so important & I will NEVER go anywhere else!

Randy Garrison saved me a couple hundred dollars on a repair that the ToyDoctor said I absolutely had to get done on a very slight leak in the engine seal -Randy has been able to monitor the leak between oil changes-no problem-no worry about getting ripped off on car repairs from these nice gentlemen-especially Randy, he is very honest, professional, and very skilled

I took my 2000 Honda Civic to these guys for its 90k mile service because they were more highly rated by their customers than any other place in the Denver/Boulder area that I could find. I wasn't disappointed. Their quoted prices were very reasonable compared to other shops (their quote included a 15% discount on everything because they had just mailed out a coupon--they gave me the deal even though I didn't know to ask for it.) They were able to get my car in within a couple of days and it was ready the next day. They did the routine 90k stuff: changed timing belt and other drive belts, flushed radiator, rotated tires, changed manual transmission fluid, etc. (we replaced our own battery and spark plugs). They also diagnosed and fixed a problem we were having with the car overheating during idle, and they replaced the pads and resurfaced the rotors on my front brakes--all for about $900. Rick was very helpful and pleasant, and when we asked him to re-charge our A/C he said they'd do it if we wanted but that it probably wasn't necessary. All around good experience.
BTW, here are a couple of tips:
1) We typed up a list of all the service we needed done and then faxed it to about 5 places for quotes (which they faxed back to us). Made comparison shopping easy.
2) There's an Enterprise Car Rental a block away from this shop, so that might come in handy.

This is the Absolute Best auto care service shop in the Denver metro area. I can't relay the number of times that I have been ripped off by auto dealers for routine maintenance care on my automobile . So I searched for an independent service shop on the internet. I found Rick's Independent Auto Care and took a chance to have my 30,000 mile scheduled maintenance for my Pilot Honda done by this auto shop. From the first call for an appointment to the completion of my service, was a pleasant experience. The service on my car was dependable, reliable and just FIRST RATE Quality! (Technicians have many years prior experience working for Honda/Acura Dealers) I was given a reasonable estimate of the cost and the final cost for the service on my car was as estimated, without an "unexpected/surprise repair". Ladies, Rick's Independent Auto Care is a shop that will not rip you off because you are a woman! Rick's Auto Care is a Breath of Fresh Air! I won't go anywhere else for my future auto care------The Best!

A couple of guys who I trust to work on my accord, civic, legend, camry. The struts they recommended for my 10 year old camry make the car drive like a new one. Thanks guys.

I used Independent Auto Care for the first time this week and I am greatly pleased with the experience. Getting my car in was painless. The service was quick AND the work has proven to be quality. In addition, I had requested extra services (tire rotation and balance). I was advised the service wasn't needed at this time. I am greatful for a business that will not perform a service that is not needed especially when I rely on the guidance of the experts. I give Independent Auto Care five stars and I will be going back.
