I liked Jeff, the construction supervisor. Sales and follow-up lacking. Biggest problems we had:
told them we would not sign a waiver for their liability if they broke the water main.
they said they would cover it.
we went ahead with the pool.
they broke the water main.
they wouldn't fix it.
they never reimbursed us for the $380 repair.

Paid for fill dirt "up to here". they estimated at 12 yards.
truck brought 12 yards of dirt. Not even close.
truck driver said it would take more like 36 yards to fill "up to here"
Ocean Quest wouldn't send more dirt.
"you only paid for 12 yards"
maybe our bad for not putting "up to here" in the contract.

They ran a gutter drain to below grade. Not sure how water is supposed to drain up.

Construction was slower than promised. We ended up delayed - felt like we were always last in line.

Then we were offered a referral program - $500 for every contract we referred them. Funny - we had already turned 3 friends to other pool builders over the water main issue.
