Big Mama's Homecookin'

Big Mama's is a great place for good home cooked food. Their vegetables are not bland like so many other restaurants. Their black eyed peas and greens are to die for. I haven't had anything here that I didn't like and I always take vegetables to go home. Their entrees are good too. Also, they serve their great gumbo starting in the fall and it is awesome. Tastes like the gumbo my grandmother and aunt made when I was a kid. Their desserts are wonderful, I especially love the white cake, but I agree with the other reviewer that their peach cobbler is heaven too.

I had some of Big Mamas home made Peach cobbler and I thought I was in heaven. It was incredible.

Pearland needs a place like Big Mamas
