D & J Garage Door Repair

My Spring & Cables Broke on my Garage Door and I called D & J Garage Door , They came out the same day and gave me an estimate for the repairs. They got started on the door and it was repaired within an hour & half just as the guy stated it would be. The Workman Jay was very nice and knew what he was doing. I will use D & J again when I decide to replace this old wood door. Thanks for a good Job ! I give Two Thumbs up to this Company.

I Actually saw a Truck in my neighborhood at one of my neighbors home and called the number and the guy said that they had someone in the neighborhood that could come by after he finished up with the other job.

Within an hour the tech came to my home and gave me an estimate and did the repair of garage door springs & pulley's. The door works good now , better then it ever has.

I would recommend this Company to anyone that wants a good quality job from an honest , reliable company,

I was having some other contract work done at my home and the painter recommended this Company to me and I called and spoke with Christy. She was very helpful in helping me make my decision on the doors & motors and then she set an appointment that was good for me.

Jorge R came out and did the work and did an excellent job. I really do appreciate all the hard work that this company did for me and there concern. Christy even called the same afternoon to make sure that I was happy with the replacement. I will tell all my friends & family about D AND J Door Company.

Found D & J Garage Door Repair on Service Magic knowing that they had to be a great Company to be on Service Magic as they do background checks , License check I put in a request for service. I was contacted right away and I knew I had made the right decision once I spoke with Donna. She explained everything to do , the prices and made an appointment late in the afternoon when I would be home from work.
Jay came out and was very Professional and very nice and installed the wood botton section in no time. I will use this company again if I need garage door work .

Found d and j on goggle and after reviewing there ratings & specking with Christy , I made an appointment to have the door installed the next afternoon.

Jorge R is the gentleman that came to do the install the next afternoon.

I am 100 % SATISFIED with installation of my new door and The Customer Service that I received from everyone that I had contact with. My expectations were exceeded with great service.

I even received a call the day from Donna to make sure that I was enjoying the new door.

We found D & J Garage Door in the Coweta phone book and called and they came out the same day to replace our broken springs. The man that came out Jay was very pleasant & explained each step of the repair to me. The work was performed to my satisation and teh door works good now.

I found D & J door company in the Yellow pages called and spoke with Christy and explained to her what was happening with my door and that the door had went crooked , She knew right away what the problem was and said that she could have someone out within the hour. When the Tech Mike arrived at the property he found that the springs had broken just as Christy had thought and I had some other problems. He reassured me not to worry that he could have the door repaired and working again without replacement , I was relieved !
The door works better now then the day It was installed , These guys know what they are talking about and do professional work and have fair prices.

D & J Garage Door Repair did some work for me on 8-26-09. they replace the spring,cables,photo eyes and put in a surge Procter.The tech Jay walk me Thur step by step with what was wrong with my garage door what safety issue it was and what problem i had with it they also did a follow up call with me to make sure that my door was working properly i would recommend this company to all my family and friends they are number one in my book

We have used D & J garage Door Repair back in June to replace our springs and decided to replace our old wood door, I would not think of using any other company as they work was very good , customer service was the best and the prices can not be beat by any other door company. You get the Full package when you go with D & J Garage Door .

There Customers are number #1 in there eyes. They even called me the next day to make sure that I was liking the new door and that there wasn't anything eles they could do for us. The job was done very well and I appreciate all there hard work .

I Just moved into a new house and the garage door needed work , I called this company they came out the same day and indicated that I really needed a new door and gave me an estimate , I decided that I would go with the new door as the price was very good.

They came and installed the door the day , Jorge R is the guy that came out and he was very nice and knew what he was doing. Great Job and Great Price. I will tell my family & neighbors about this company,.

Our Garage Door would not Open and I just happen to come upon D & J Garage Door Repair on Goggle when I did a search for garage door repair in Marietta , Georgia. I called and spoke with Donna and she went over some pricing with me and I decided to allow them to install a door for my family.
I needed an 18x7 door and they had it in stock and was able to install within 4 days of the first call. I did check around after I made the appointment just to make sure that the price I was getting was good. It was about $ 200.00 less then most and there ratings were great. I am so happy that I choose to allow d and j to install my new door. I know that I got a good quality product at a fair price and good customer service from all of there staff. Jorge the guy that did install was very helpful and friendly. If I could give advise to anyone eles needing garage door service I would say check around and you will find that d and j is the best in the business.

I Found this Company on Craigslist this afternoon and called and was told that the tech in the Marietta area would call me and let me know if he could replace today. Within about 30 n=minutes I received a call and within about 20 minutes the tech was at my home and within 10 minutes the springs were replaced, This Company knows the garage door business. I will recommend them to all my family & friends and neighbors.

I found this company in the yellow book and called as I thought that I had used them before and come to find out it was a different company. The Guy Jay came out to my home to replace my garage door springs and when he got here he realized that I needed other work to the door , He was able to repair the door the same afternoon as he had the parts on his truck. He made me aware of what I need to do as a homeowner to maintain the door. I am with the gentleman below me I usually don't recommend anyone unless I believe in them 150 % and I do believe in this company. I will use again when I need new door.

They can use me and my family as a reference for good work anytime they need to , however it looks to me as if there reputation specks for its self.

Came across another rating on this company while waiting for another company that I called the previous night to return my call. They dispatched within two hours and arrived within 10 minues of when they said they would. Techician was friendly, knowledgable, and courteous. He explained in detail what he observed and what my options were. He quoted me a fair price on a door, hardware and complete frame replacement (frame wood was split in many places), but was able to get existing door working by replacing the broken spring, replacing some missing hardware, and straightening sections of track.

Not too often I feel completely secure in recommending a business, but would recommend them to anyone, and will use them to replace the door in the future!

I moved into a new condo and then I went on the mission to install new garage door motor , after 9 hours and getting very angry since I could not figure out I called D & J door company and they had Jay come out the same afternoon and it took him about 45 minutes and the motor works good now and I am so thankful for there help. They did Good Job for good price.

I contacted this Company when I came home and my garage door springs were broken and the door would not open. Much to my surprize they were able to fit me in the same day , When Jay got to my home he explained what had happen and why and then went to work replacing the springs. I am very Pleased with this company and the work that they performed.

They Deserve the Service Company award as they are the Best Garage Door Company in Norcross and the price was just right.

Call this company to come out and take a look at my garage door opener and they set an appointment for the same day , When they arrived the guy knew exactly what the issue was and it was repaired in about 30 minutes and the cost was good. I will use this company again in the future.

Called the office on Sunday evening and explained that someone had hit the door , Within an hour Jay came out to inspect , Just as I had thought the door needed to be replaced and they gave me an estimate.
On Monday morning I called the office and spoke with Donna and she was quick to answer all my questions , fast to schedule an installation for the same day . Very Professional & Informative and excellent experience. The door went in without a hitch and no problems. They did an outstanding job. D & J GET'S FIVE STARS FOR top notch work.

I saw a sign advertising D & J Garage Door and I called spoke with Christy in the office and set an appointment for that afternoon. I thought just my springs were broke when the tech Jay arrived he found the cables to be broke also. Then Jay got to work and within a short time frame my garage door was up and running better then it has ever.

My garage door would not move after it was determined that the springs were broken. Because the springs were broken I was unable to lift the door for manual use. I was trapped!!

I remembered seeing D&J's 'models' advertising on Rockbridge Road and gave them a call.

They arrived within the hour on a Sunday afternoon and repaired my door swiftly.

I will always use D&J because I felt that I could trust them as opposed to the 'other' garage door company that I have called in the past.

I called last Friday to have my garage door springs replaced and the appointment was set for Saturday (last) the tech George showed up about 15 minutes early , got to work and replaced the springs for the exact price that I was quoted on the phone by Christy on Friday. They did not try to up sale me anything. They did find that I needed to have my trolley replaced on my opener and they have ordered the part and will be coming back to install. Great Work for the money.

I called D & J Garage Door after I came home from work and discover that someone had broke into my home & stole my car out of the garage with my remote in there. I called the office number at 12:08 and the answering service stated that the on call tech would be on the way , with-in 20 minutes of my call the tech Jamie arrived at home and de-programed the remotes , key-less and to my surprize they did not charge an emergency service call charge. I have used them once before and I completely recommend them. Great Company and Great Guy thanks for your help

I have used D & J garage door repair several times, spring replacement , opener replacement and both times Timmy & Jamie were both very professional and helpful in helping me understand what they were going to replace or repair. I live on the same road with Mr.Patterson and his daughter owns this company. She sure was raised to be a good woman and does good business . I wouldn't use any other company.

I called D & J Garage Door to have a carport enclosure done at my home that was built back in the 80's , I did alot of comparing prices and work and references. I also I might ad I also called Gwinnett County and did a License Check and they provided me with PROOF of Insurance. So I know for a fact that they are a Great Company that is Licensed,Insured and Bonded . So I also believe that whom ever wrote that they are not is completely wrong. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND / Great Customer Service / Great Work and you can not go wrong with D & J Garage Door Repair , They are the Best in the business.

We Purchased a garage door from home depot and my husband attempted to install the door , It did not work properly so we called d and j garage door and they came out and fixed the door the same day . The door now works great and I would recommend this company to anyone that has a problem with there door. There Prices are Awesome also.

I found D & J Garage Door on Service Magic and they came out the same day. They found that my photo eyes had been hit and broken. The Opener was about 10 years old so I wasn't sure If I should spend the money on a repair or get new opener , I choose the repair and in 20 minutes the door was fixed at a fair price that I could afford. I have already told my neighbors about this company.

D & J Garage Door came out to my home because my door was not going up & down like it should. I was told by the tech not to worry it wasn't a big deal. About 45 minutes later my door is working better then it has in years and I only paid $ 105.00 . This is the Best $ 105.00 dollars that I have ever spent in my 72 years of life. I called to receive an estimate to replace my door cause it quite working and I wasn't sure what it needed. When the guy showed up at my home Jamie he said I will give you estimate for replacement but you don't need to replace we can repair for less money and it will work fine. So I went with repair and it cost me $ 202.30 instead of over a thousand dollars. Most companies would have sold me a new door and made alot of money off of me, but d&j did not they did the repair and then called a couple of days later to make sure everything was good and I was happy with repair. I will use again.

I saw a sign on the side of the road for D & J garage and wrote the number down and did a search on the internet when I got home and found that they had great ratings as you can see. I called them and they came out the same evening around 7:30 p.m. and by 8:00 p.m. my door was up and running again for only $ 85.00 Great Deal . I am planning on using them again in the summer when I replace this old wood door.

I did check around for prices and this was the best price & they have great ratings & reviews and no complaints with the BBB . What more could you ask for ? My old wood door works better today then it did in 1976. Excellent job and I appreciate your help.

Please view the photo gallery , The one with the Lawn Mower in front is my home. I have several grandchildren that decided to run paw-paw's lawn mower into my garage door. As you can see it was truly a mess, Thank God for D & J Garage Door they came to my rescue. I believe that they are a prayer answered from the good man above. We are on a fixed income and didn't have a-lot of money and the price D & J garage gave us was about 25% percent less then the other two estimates I got. I would recommend these people to anyone that needs garage door repair or replacement they are a good christian based family owed company. Thanks for the good work .

My Garage Door has a mind of its own and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't . I has several Companies to come out to my home and every one of then charged me a service call ranging from $29.99 to $ 69.00. Each company that came out said oh ! we fixed the problem and it would work for a day or two and then start acting up again. Finally I seen an ad for D & J Garage Door I called them with the last little bit of hope that I had and I spoke with Donna she was very pleasant and set an appointment and then sent Matt out to my home . He stated this is just a adjustment and the cost was $ 45.00 and no service call as they were going to be in the area. This was 6 moths ago today and I waited to write the review to make sure the repair worked this time. I would have gladly paid this company the entire $ 508.90 that I have paid as they are the Best. Please I will be happy to give references as I am living Proof they know what they are doing.

This is the Best Garage Door Company in Georgia , I called around for weeks getting Prices to have my wood bottom sections replaced. I was about to give up when I called D & J Garage Door and spoke with Donna , You wouldn't believe how professional , polite she was and gave me a price that was half of what other companies were trying to charge. I am just Amazed that there is actually still a service company out there with employees as great as Donna , Well that's not all once the tech arrived at my home and explained everything that was going to take place I was more at ease then before these people are very knowleadgable when it comes to garage door's. Both Donna & Jay were just great and I would recommend anyone that needs work to call them. Very Professioal polite christian people

My springs broke on my garage door & I called D & J garage door and they came out the next day to replace them. I was expecting a really high bill for this service and it wasn't it was right in my budget and I was able to also have them service the door while they were here. Jay did a good job.

I called on 11/20/08 for estimate , Same Day Estimate and I called back on 12/01/08 and got service same day for them to install my garage door opener in the evening after I get home from work. The Tech brought to my attention that I need to have springs replaced on door and have door serviced , I will use again for other work.
