NO SHOW NO CALL 1 Star Rating - Unsatisfactory

We planned a Saturday 10am detail clean. We gave them our cc info and confirmed the time. I waited 2 hours, I called and left a vm (The answering service said their hours on Saturday were 10am - 3pm.) and called again bc the phone service allowed you to numerically text them with your number for a return call. They never showed up and never called back. It is amazing to me how hard it is to find decent cleaning services.

Pros: The only thing I can come up with is they have a website & have pricing online.
Cons: No showed and never returned my call.

Friendly service. Will use them twice a month 5 Star Rating - World class

They did do a good job cleaning. However, it was how attentive they were to my special requests that convinced me. We are happy to have signed up for regular cleaning with Dallas Maids.

They did a thorough cleaning of my home. The workers acted very professional and knew what they were doing. I would use them again.

Best Maid Service Around! 5 Star Rating - World class

They cleaned places I didn't know needed to be cleaned! The detail clean they did on my home was absolutely amazing. They were thorough and very friendly. Also the price is very good. You definitely get more than your money's worth!
