I won?t lie, I am a disciple of Ikea. I cannot tell you how many of the things in our home were purchased there. That being said, I have recently discovered Moe?s Home Collection in Seattle and I may have been converted. Great prices

Through all the bad reviews I read here, I have a good one to post! We went to Moes last week, and purchased several items! One TV cabinet happened to be too large for our home, and one coffee table was broken right away. I immediately called the store the next morning and told them about the broken table, and that we wanted to return the cabinet since it was too large, and the lady was very nice and told me that we can get a new table and bring the cabinet back! I had no problems that they didnt want to return it. We got the full refund for the item we didnt like, a new table that was perfectly in shape and bought some more art work. We are waiting for one more furniture item that wasnt in stock. So far our experience is very pleasant with this store. I will definitely shop there again!

Last update. Over a week from when they called me on 11/15 that they would credit everything back, I received confirmation that they did (I think Moe's submitted the credit 3-4 days after they called me and it then takes 3-7 days for it to process). I increased it by 1 additional star since they did keep their word, but still will not be back to shop here.
Latest update. Yesterday (11/15) I was told by Moe's that the owner was contacted and gave approval for my refund. (100% refund). I was informed that the credit card would be credited back the 15% (was told it was being processed 11/15) but until I see it posted on my account, I will keep this review where it is until I have confirmation from my credit card company.
Hope they keep their word.

Similiar to other's experiences - There's a point at which an uncompromising return/exchange policy is truly counterproductive to a business.

Bought a leather sectional, went home that evening, re-measured and realized the initial measurements were wrong and that the sectional would be too large. So the very next day (less than 24hrs later), I called to cancel. Mind you, the couch was to be delivered in 2wks, so I never had the item in hand and I truly doubt they had "moved" it from their warehouse. I was told that there was a 15% re-stocking fee for all refunds. Again, what 're-stocking"?? This was not delivered, it was less than 24hrs cancellation.
Finally after 10minutes, I was told due to "customer service" that I would be given a full refund, that she was processing my card for a full refund. I thanked her and told her how I appreciated her help. etc.etc. Thought all was settled, trusted her and took her for her word. BIG MISTAKE! I received the cancelled receipt and yes, they kept the 15%. So, I don't know if the staff just lied to me to get me off the phone but this is absolutely the WORST customer service. When I went to the store to speak directly with the person, i was rudely treated and told nothing could be done. WHAT??!! I was told I would receive a full refund and that's what I expect. If I had been told otherwise, there wouldn't be an issue but if I'm promised 'x" that's what I expect.

I will NEVER shop here again and hope that no one else experiences what I have. AVOID this store unless you know exactly what you want and are 110% sure. Their refund/return/exchange policy absolutely offers nothing for customers. I would advise that it 's worth spending a little more elsewhere for piece of mind if anything goes wrong. Service can be good when you're looking to buy and they are very helpful and friendly when you're purchasing, but when you can't get a quarter of that help when a problem arises (and that's when you need their help & services), I would recommend you shop elsewhere.

Yes very cool store but careful about returns exchanges, they are very stern about this. I also had a coffee table chipped but they said it was impossible, finally got $100 credit but would not allow an exchange or return. So inspect before signing off delivery otherwise, neat items so measure and be sure its what you want before you pay for it.

I love this store. I work with alot of designers, and they use alot of their furniture, for staging in new condos for sale. I work for a moving company. I love their furniture. They have a store in federal way its great. Everything from marble vases,canvas paintings,beds etc. They have things you just don't see anywhere else. My friends come over and say wow. They always think its super expensive, but it just looks expensive, you get good deals. Need to check it out. I stop in sometimes to just say hi . A mother and son work at the federal way store . Super nice. Let you shop, not pushy. CHECK OUT THE FEDERAL WAY STORE.

I, too, had a bad experience with Moe's. They had a display at Costco, and I inquired about a kitchen table I was interested in. The Moe's employee at Costco told me there was a four to six-week delivery schedule. When I went into Moe's and actually purchased the table, I was told it would be six to eight weeks. I had to pay 100 percent up front, and they told me they would call when the table came in. Long story short, it took 15 weeks before my table came in, almost double what they had promised. I made a number of phone calls and wrote a letter in the interirm, and there was no response from Moe's, no apology, nothing. I have to say I love my table, but it was a long wait.

I went to this store thinking what a great find...Well I did buy hundreds of dollars worth of merchandise and took it all home. I did have to return a couple of window panels that were too dark for my room. Unfortunately I missed the 10 DAY return policy by 2 days but thought I could at least exchange for store credit. NO was what I was told by the manager. She explained that there was NOTHING she could do for me but gave me an email address to someone at corporate.
