After finding the perfect girl I needed to find the perfect diamond ring. I didn't know where to start, but Chelsea at E.E. Robbins made it easy.
On my first visit to the store, Chelsea spent well over an hour teaching me about diamonds, how they are graded and what those differences really look by showing me various diamonds. At no point was there any pressure to buy. Armed with this new found knowledge I checked out some other jewelers, but ended up back at E.E Robbins. Others may have had similar selection or prices, but none compared to E.E. Robbins in customer service.
Chelsea even helped out when it came time to pop the question. I was looking for a heart shaped box for the proposal, but I hadn't found one yet. When I went to pick up the ring, Chelsea offered to make me a box herself. Not being the artistic type myself, I took her up on the offer. It turned out perfect!
In the end I had only one small complaint. The original ring was not perfectly round in shape. It took a couple of trips to the store before they figured out that this was the reason the ring didn't fit quite right. The ring had to be sent back to the manufacturer for a replacement. In the meantime, E.E. Robbins mounted my fiancees diamond in a temporary setting so she could still wear it. The replacement ring ended up fitting correctly, so all was well in the end.
Pros: Customer serivce, low pressure
