Buffalo Wild Wings is a great bar. Great place to meet friends after work. Their happy hour specials are pretty good. I also love their wing sauces. I am very happy that they started offering grilled chicken tenders so even the health concious can find something there.
PROS: Great food, great happy hour prices!
CONS: Can be VERY crowded during sporting events.
