Love the pasta with shrimp and asparagus dish. Looking forward to the next time I can go to dinner there. The food is great, there is valet parking, the location in right off the freeway and the service is great. Would highly recommend this restaurant for an anniversary dinner or for out of town guests.

This place is awesome. My friends and I went here for Sunday Brunch and it was off the hook. The price is $59, but it has free flowing wine and champagne with all kinds of food to choose from. Highly recommended.

Fabulous Jazz Brunch
by crooth
WOW... what a great afternoon.
Took family from out of town for Sunday Brunch at Spaghettini's. The food seemend to be endless and beautifully displayed. I have very hard to impress inlaws from Sweden and fresh fish is a must. They we very pleased with the buffet portion of the brunch which was abundant with fresh fish and salads. For the entree portion of the brunch ( yes, that right there is two phases to this brunch. So pace yourself). I highly recommend the Lamb ( try it even if you are not a fan of lamb you will be pleasently suprised). Another entree not to miss is the Sea Bass. Daruch was our waiter and he was very attentivethe entire meal. Also note if you are into wines there is a an amazing selection to choose f rom. If you are not sure ask your waiter, ours was very knowledgable. It was worth the price..
Looking foward to returning soon.

Sunday Brunch was a bad experience
by CatherineAIC
Went to $60 Sunday Brunch. Made reservations. They put us in seperate room from live music. One large table of salads. Three other small tables with stale waffles & bread. No live person to make anything fresh. No prime rib or ham. Many items had too much mayonnaise or oil. ALL the fish was fishy. Including the Bass as an entree. Lamb entree was very good. WAY OVER PRICED. Will never go back for Sunday Brunch.
Pros: If you are in jazz room it's brobably fun.
Cons: Sunday Brunch was awful

Come for the jazz, NOT the overpriced very mediocre food...
by jasonpang
This classy venue for great jazz unfortunately doesn't have the menu or food to match. My recent and first time visit to Spaghettini to celebrate my mom's birthday was one of disappointment. The bone-in rib eye steak I ordered ($38) was moderately flavorful and very tough to cut and chew. About 1/3 of my steak was inedible. My date's filet mignon ($38) was slightly better but rather plain and paltry. My father's mushroom penne ($24) was probably the best entree that evening, having a wonderfully savory creamy garlic sauce infused with fresh minced mushrooms. My mother's Spagehettini with meatballs ($24) was atrocious. The spaghetti was overcooked; the sauce was bland; and the meatballs were firm and chewy. The Caesar salad ($10) was so plain that I wondered if there was any dressing on it at all. The salad boasted Grana Pandano cheese but I didn't see any on my plate. Ironically, the highlight of my entree was my side dish of gorgonzola macaroni and cheese with broccoli. The mildly buttery cheese sauce was light and savory with hints of oven-crusted cheese. For dessert, the creme brulee topped with fresh fruit was a winner. The custard was very smooth and not too sweet - an item I would definitely order again. Being able to hear the live jazz from any place in the restaurant (including the restroom) was a plus. However, the sound system will tell you which instrument is closest to the microphone and the indoor acoustics could use some work. I wish "valet service" was optional, considering that the parking lot really isn't that big. The service was good and I enjoyed the interior decor. In summary, this restaurant seems to be caught in "no-man's land": it isn't sure if should be upscale restaurant or an amazing jazz venue/lounge. Its attempt to combine the two fail miserably and you may leave - as I did - wishing they would simply decide on one or the other.
Pros: Live jazz, great ambience, service, wine selection
Cons: Overpriced borderline average food, unnecessary valet service.

Great atmosphere, good food!!!
by lrg23
We had a great time at Spaghettini's. If you are into the entertainment, it pays to reserve your seating in the lounge ahead of time. Being able to have dinner while watching the show was an absolute plus! The food and drinks are a bit pricey, but worth it if you are looking for a nice night out. Great atmosphere, and the staff was exceptional with customer service!! We had an awesome server who had a large party to juggle, but never left us unattended.
I ordered the Salmon Picatta, and my husband had the Parmesan Crusted Sea Bass. Both were really good. The Cream Brulee from the dessert menu was terrific!! I highly recommend this spot. We had a great experience, and will definitely be back!
Pros: Service, Atmosphere, Entertainment
Cons: Price

Excellent food and Great customer service!!!
by kolojay
Went to dinner for a first date and it was amazing. I had the Horseradish Crusted Halibut which was excellent. My date had the New Zealand Lamb Chops and said they were the best he had ever tasted. Our server was very helpful in helping my date choose a nice bottle of wine for us to enjoy, which with their extensive wine list it is easy to find something to compliment any meal. After dinner they had live music in their lounge area which we stayed and watched. It was a great night that I would definately recommend to my friends.
Pros: great food, excellent customer service, comforting ambience

THE JAZZ BRUNCH ON SUNDAY'S IS GREAT, EXPENSIVE BUT WORTH IT. WEDNESDAY EVE. ENTERTAINMENT IS REALLY GOOD, AND SINCE THE REMODEL HAS MORE SEATING IN THE LOUNGE. FOOD IS ALWAYS GREAT!
by 4shellee
THE WINE LIST IS EXTENSIVE IF YOU LIKE WINE. I ALWAYS TRY TO REQUEST A BOOTH IN THE LIBRARY, IT HAS A COZY FEELING AND A WARM FIREPLACE IN WINTER ALSO IT IS QUIETER SO CONVERSATION IS EASIER IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A ROMANTIC CONVERSATION. SHARE A DESSERT LIKE ONE OF THE COBLERS WITH ICE CREAM , ENOUGH FOR TWO PEOPLE IT IS DELICIOUS.
Pros: THEY HAVE VALET PARKING,
Cons: PARKING ACCROSS THE STREET IS A LITTLE SCARRY IF YOU ARE ALONE.

Great atmosphere!
by cchantak
Been here several times, good for dates, family, or groups . Foods pretty good, but the atmosphere is what you come here for. Call ahead or go to their website to see what live bands are playing. I would definitely recommend reservations.
Pros: the food, the service, the bands, the atmosphere
Cons: pricey, but you get what you pay for

I'm a regular!
by sapphirebaby
I was shocked to see bad reviews for Spaghettini's! I've only ever been for dinner, but I love the place. I go at least once a month. My boyfriend and I are of the habit of going on Sundays when they have family-style specials and no corkage fee. We bring one or two bottles of wines and order WAY too much food! I highly recommend the blue cheese apple walnut salad, the pan-fried eggplant, the calamari, and the stuffed chicken breast. I could eat this stuff every day! The only disapppointment is the pasta...it's just mediocre. The music is great, the wait staff is super nice, they've got great wine and great food.
Pros: no corkage fee on Sun, music/atmosphere, food
Cons: pasta's just okay

Good food & good music
by msford
I agree with the other posters as the brunch being a little "pricey" yet it is well worth it if you have a big appetite and want to enjoy your company. Your best bet if possible, get there @10 am , sit where you want, eat off the buffet and when you are good and full take your entree home. Thats the best way to get the most for your money. Servers are very friendly and if you are a first time guest, they explain the process.
Kids price isnt that bad for $12.95 if your child likes different foods.
Parking has always been ample & valet is offered
Pros: Variety of food, Music
Cons: Expensive

Spaghettini
by tilley
Although it is a little expensive. I found Spaghettini to be a great place to meet my friends coming from both the L.A. or the O.C. The service has always been frendly and warm and the music although hit and miss is really very nice. For a local place it has grown into truly something special.
Pros: Service, Food, Location
Cons: Price, parking, getting a table
