Delightful personality. Always went the extra mile. Kind enough to let my opinions rule, but consciencious enough to know when to politely let me know alternatives that might be better. Outstanding help with price reductions from suppliers. Had a cadre of dealers and manufacturers that I wouldn't have had the same access to. Was available virtually anytime I needed her. Her charges were almost too low! Could not be happier!!
