I really appreciate Sparkling Carpets as carpet cleaners. Our kids had partied all night. at our home. The carpet were in a really bad shape, trashed !! with stains all over. I used one of those carpet cleaners from safeway, and did all I could but in vain. Then my friend suggested Sparkling Carpets and when I saw their work, I was relieved. They were quick to respond and completed their work with thorough perfection leaving behind a lingering fragrance.

Pros: Fantastic results,almost magic

they came, they saw and they it cleaned up......thats the best way to sum them up i guess..
no sign of the stain i made the previous day(thank god my wife dint see that) ..thanks guys for being so professional and alll...

I called them and asked for an estimate of a traffic area to be cleaned in the house.
I couldn?t get any guarantee that spots wouldn?t come back within 48 hours!
I wouldn?t recommend them to any of my friends.
I felt like some businesses will care more about business customers then individuals!

They came at our apartment last week. They called me and informed that they are running late. They arrived 1 hr late and start job. They were in hurry because of their next job. Service was so fast but I got some spots were still in dining room.
They cleaned twice my dining room. They can get 5 star rating if they arrive on time. I happy with service and cleaning - RECOMMENDED.

Their technician demonstrated recognition of types of stains observed on our premises.

They were explained to us in light of the degree of wear and tear in a particular time frame. Appropriate method of cleaning was applied thereafter.

Sparkling Carpets, cleaned my carpets yesterday in my San Ramon townhome. I had already priced new carpets, as we were renting and had a cat who had litter box issues, and damaged two rooms VERY badly, and we had another cat who had digestive problems (he threw up his food frequently), and she damaged the carpets as well.

I had no idea how badly the carpets were damaged until we moved all of our furniture out. I decided to pay for a last carpet cleaning (I had them cleaned once before with very limited success, which was disappointing), given it was going to cost us $4000+ to replace these carpets.

I left while their technician was working, hoping against hope that we could fix SOME of the damage to limit my cost to $4K (given rooms upstairs were damaged and I had not costed that yet!). When I came to walk through, the carpets were 100% fixed!
Even knowing where to look for the damage, I could not find it! I am thrilled at the ?magic? Sparkling Carpets worked on our carpets, and especially that it looks like we won?t have to spend that $4K on a rental we have already moved out of!

That money can be much better spent on our new house! I just wanted to give you feedback on the job that he did, and how pleased I was! Thank you! Karla

Sparkling Carpets proactively sent me an email, asking for my feedback. This was quite impressive customer service. Everything went great with the carpet cleaning! The cleaners came an hour early, and it was great to be done sooner rather than later. He was very efficient and quick and the carpet looks great. I will definitely keep their service in mind next time I need my carpets cleaned! Very fast and professional service.

My carpet is seventeen years old so I did not expect perfection, but their technician was very kind and worked very hard to clean the carpet. He used three machines: two rotary and one standard steam cleaning machines. He worked on the carpet for an hour and a half. He deserves five stars for his effort and the results he achieved, although I never had my carpet professionally cleaned. My only reservation is that some areas of the carpet took over a day to dry.
