Cuisine By Bleu

I hardly ever write reviews but I just had to after the incredible and impeccable service I received from Ellis and the whole Cusine by Bleu staff.

The food was perfectly cooked and presented beautifully! Not to mention on time and under budget. Ellis gave me great advice in picking out my dishes and they were all enjoyed by all my guests. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

I discovered Indie Bleu during Restaurant Week. I loved the food and decided to use them for Akridge office events and I am glad that I did. Ellis and his staff have yet to disappoint. The food has always been on time, the staff courteous and absolute perfection in the details. Ellis also assisted in fine tuning a retirement event and impressed everyone in attendance.

I will continue to use them because I do not have to worry about value, quality or timeliness.

The company I work for uses Cuisine by Bleu for all their lunch catering. I decided to call Ellis and get a quote for a cocktail party I was having at my home for about 45 people... which was last night. My guests and I were blown away by the creative presentations and wonderful tasting food. Ellis and his team, dressed in all black with long black aprons(very nice touch) transformed our home into an amazingly chic atmosphere for our party. From the vegetable cudites being displayed in an array of different sized cylinder shaped vases on to the chocolate mousse martini bar... Again, we were all blown away. The staff was knowledgeable of everything being served and very helpful. And as the party came to an end, it seemed they left my home cleaner than when they arrived. Thank you to Ellis and his great team!

We just recently started using Cuisine by Bleu for some of our corporate meetings and I must say we are thrilled to have found them. The food was superb and the quality of service received from start to finish was unbeatable.

We had first heard of Cuisine by Bleu through a friend who suggested we use them for our corporate events. As many of us know, ordering food for corporate meetings can be quite a challenge due to individual preferences and in some cases, short notice. Cuisine by Bleu was able to deliver a unique and varied assortment of plates that were not only exquisite but also tastefully presented.

On the Saturday of the event, the food arrived exactly when requested and the process was completly hassle-free. We had even forgotten to order food for the corporate meeting the next day and Cuisine by Bleu was able to arrange for this order with less than 24 hour notice. After the two day corporate meeting, my customers, who were not very happy about spending an entire weekend in meetings, were delighted with their food choices and have already requested we use Cuisine Bleu for future events.

If you are planning a corporate event and need a catering company that not only delivers great food but also delivers great customer service, you should call Cuisine By Bleu.

We want to thank Cuisine By Bleu for two wonderful meals. The food was very tasty and just the way I requested it, plus some. You guys went above and beyond. I received many compliments with both services. We will be using you for more events/meetings to come!
