I had to unexpectadly move out of my apartment in Manhattan which I thought was going to be very stressful. However, Integrity Movers made the process so simple. I had one efficient conversation with Frank in which he provided me a competitive quote. He was proactive at working with my building to provide proof of insurance and everything could not have gone more smoothly. The movers were polite and friendly as well as packed and taped up everything to ensure it stayed in good condition. The whole process was extremely smooth and I will certainly call them again if I need to move.

I have moved often as an adult and hated it primarily because of the movers. Frank from Integrity Movers and his staff have changed my opinion of moving companies. In December, Pedro and Efrain moved me from the UWS to my current apartment and made a stop at my storage place in Harlem, yes, three stops. I was dreading it but Pedro and Efrain were efficient, friendly yet professional. We started at 7:30 AM and were finished by noon. I did not hestitate to call them again, when a few weeks ago I purchased a glass dining table with 6 chairs from a thrift shop in Queens and had no idea how to get it to Manhattan. The table was delivered today and it was Pedro and Efrain again! They arrived ahead of schedule, uncovered, set up the base and glass top. They even helped me move it exactly where I wanted and got rid of the debris. I can't recommend them enough.

I received many quotes from various companies (both large and small) when planning my move and Integrity's was by far the best. The entire process was painless, which is rare for moving in Manhattan! The customer service and communication prior to and during the move were fantastic, and the move itself went very smoothly. Integrity moved contents from a three-bedroom apartment into a walk-up building in less than four hours and even brought a couch that wasn't part of the estimate upstairs as well. I'd definitely use them again and would recommend to anyone who is planning a move.

I have nice furniture - large pieces of framed art and tons a beautiful dishes - everything arrived in perfect condition. I had seriously underestimated the number of boxes( i had 60 more than i thought ) another company whould have really taken this as a money making opportunity ...Frank was very very very reasonable about the extra charges. And when we got to the second location - the elevator was out of service and they patiently waited an hour for it to be fixed and encouraged me to have a glass of wine across the street at a cafe with a friend...does it get any better than that? YES!!! Pedro helped me put all the furniture where i wanted it in the living room and fixed a chair for me... honestly moving does not get any better than this!!! I adore Integrity Movers.

Dont even bother with the other moving companies like Flatrate, seriously. The whole Integrity crew from the mangement to the movers were totally professional and made our move as seamless as it could have been. Even when we had to reschedule, they offered to refund our deposit in full and rearranged their schedule to accomdate and prioritize us. As for price, we shopped around and no one came close to matching Integrity's price. Believe the good reviews you hear about this company because they are true.

I have used Integrity once before to move me into a 5 floor walk-up (the 5th floor). I recently used them again to move out of the same apartment since I had such a great experience the first time. They should truly rename the company "worry free movers" as they make this so easy on the individual who is moving. They handled all of my boxes, bags, and furniture with the utmost care - everything that wasn't boxed up was wrapped up before it left the apartment. Friends of mine have had horror stories with other moving companies and I have never had a bad experience with these guys - my friends who have also used them have also had great experiences. This is a great deal for the rates that you pay, extremely reasonable. I would recommend these movers before anything else - my family was so glad that I used them and didn't have to move me down 5 flights of stairs! They've got quite a system down on how to move people and it really does help for NYC apartments.

We used Integrity for a large move in Manhattan, which included a LOT of items (so we also used them to pack), some of which were antiques, and all of which were important to us. Frank was on top of everything in getting things lined up and following up to see things executed well. The guys that we worked with on both the pack day and move date were also wonderful, which was very helpful as I hate moving. On the big day we found a parking spot right in front of the building we were moving from, but unfortunately the closest we could get at the new place was over a block away and they had to carry everything through the slippery snow. Despite that all went well and they remained upbeat, which really made all the difference. So big thanks to Integrity. Like the last reviewer I would not hesitate to use them for our next move, which I hope isn't for a very long time. In the meantime definitely recommend them for others getting ready for a move.

I recently moved from Brooklyn to New Jersey and after reading many reviews of many moving companies, I decided on Integrity. It was absolutely the best decision I could have made. Frank came to our house and gave us a written estimate. On moving day, the truck arrived promptly at 7:30am. Despite many hassles from the building we were leaving and the building we were moving into, the guys were friendly, efficient and hard-working. They worked non-stop until we were settled into our new home. There was no damage to any of our possessions and best of all, the price was exactly what we had been told even though the job took longer than expected. We couldn't have chosen a better moving company. The name Integrity certainly fits them.

I recently oversaw a move of a few items of furniture from one Manhattan office to another. Although it was not a big job, it was a complicated due to the two buildings involved having disjunct hours of access. The final approval also had to be held off until the last minute so we were not able to give much advance notice. Not only did Frank Amelio of Integrity Movers give me the best price, he went out of his way to accomodate our special needs. His crew led by Pedro was on time, efficient and pleasant to work with and and also went beyond the call of duty to help us out. I couldn't rate them more highly and will use them for all future moving projects.

I used this company for my move from Long Island to New York City (Upper West Side). They arrived on time, packed everything up really well and had us in the city fully offloaded by 2:30PM. I had a great experience working with Integrity. They sent over four men and all of them were nice, polite, and highly professional. The fear of working with an hourly rate is of course that the labor will dawdle, but this was not the case at all. They were quick and efficient from start to finish. The price was right too. I had other companies give me an estimate and offer me a flat rate, but that flatr rate ended up being $250 more than what I ultimately paid Intregrity. I am so glad I went with them. I highly recommend working with them. At the end of the day, I had absolutely no complaints. The guys even finished the job two hours earlier than I expected.

I have used Integrity movers to move twice on the UES and I found them to be courteous, professional, honest and efficient. They are extremely fast and yet look after your belongings carefully. I had an ideal moving experience both times and I would never use anyone else to move in NY. When you call to sign up, you actually speak with one of the owners! It is a real family business with hardworking and NICE people who get the job done fast, efficiently and well. I can't recommend them highly enough, I tell all my friends to use them because they are simply the best - and having been burned by movers before I can tell you that they are far above the rest!

We recently used Integrity Movers to move us from the Upper East Side to Carroll Gardens in Brooklyn. The men who came to perform our job were true professionals. They wrapped and boxed all of our furniture, electronics, and artwork with the utmost care. Everything arrived in perfect shape. The guys were clean, respectful and very kind. This was the best moving experience that we ever had. I would highly recommend this company.

I used Integrity for my move from Lower Manhattan to my newly purchased apartment in Park Slope. I am not a native New Yorker, not wealthy, and was stressed about the move. I researched ten or so movers on City Search. I contacted most for quotes and was not comfortable with a by-the-hour move. Integrity allowed me to fix a price for my move, with NO hidden fees, charges, taxes, etc. The price I negotiated was exactly the price I paid.

The movers arrived early (a relief for me because I had heard several horror stories about NYC movers simply never arriving). The crew of 4 workers and a "foreman" worked quickly, carefully, and respectfully.

Integrity was not the cheapest company, but I got very good value for my money. I would use the company again without hesitation and would certainly recommend it to anyone.

If you are a perfectionist, these are your movers. Integrity Movers came early, carefully
inspected and wrapped each piece of furniture and were the most organized, careful and
friendly movers I have ever worked with. Their customer service is a 10, and so was their
moving ability. They quickly moved me from a 2 flight walk-up in Brooklyn with BIG furniture
all the way to out to the suburbs without missing a beat. I would highly recommend them
to anyone looking for a great mover.

We've moved several times and have a lot of "stuff." Integrity made a HUGE move virtually untraumatic. They were honest, reliable, competant and pleasant to deal with. Our delicate antiques were well cared for, furniture was placed where we wanted it. They take their job seriously and do it well. It was the smoothest move we've ever made.

The driver and crew did not stop working all day. They took very good care of our items, wrapping each piece of furniture carefully and there wasn't a ding or scratch on our furniture or walls when they were done. They carried the boxes up and down three stories without any fuss. They were polite and very helpful. I have already recommended them to several people. I have moved 8 times in 3 countries, and never had a better experience. The crew showed up a few minutes early and competed the move in half the time that they had estimated. My wife and I were moving our property into storage on a holiday. When we showed up with Integritys loaded truck the storage facility was closed, despite having told me over the phone that they'd be open - but that's another review. Integrity found another storage facility that was open a few blocks away and saved the day.

They moved a lot of stuff quickly and carefully. It wasn't completely cheap but this was DEFINITELY a situation where you get what you pay for. Delicate computer and TV equipment was moved with no harm or fuss. Quality work. My friends loved me for not asking them to move the library of congress, and they even helped chip in so they could save themselves the labor.

Integrity Movers are the best movers I have ever used. They were pleasant, efficient, and prompt. They hustled the whole day (and it was a hot and sticky day). Even though they moved fast, they were extremely careful with my belongings. They were also flexible and were able to pick things up and drop them off in storage for us too. Overall, as pleasant an experience as moving could be.

I never expected a move with two stops (one in Harlem, one in Murray Hill) and a destination in Tribeca to run so smoothly. The guys actually showed up early, worked their asses off and got done ahead of schedule.

Efficient, professional, and straightforward with no hidden fees. Everything was explained and confirmed upfront and was handled like all professional services should be. They answered their phone, responded to emails and stuck to their committments.

Definitely NOT a typical NYC experience. HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED.

These guys are amazing! They were incredibly professional, courteous, and efficient. I've had horrible experiences with movers (watch out for OZ Movers) and was dreading this move, but it was easy and painless because of the service I received from Integrity. The cost even came in under what they had anticipated. I HIGHLY recommend Integrity and will only be using them in the future. They arrived 10 minutes early for the job, and finished moving all my stuff (1BR, about 17 boxes plus furniture) from my old place downtown to my new place uptown in about 3 hours. They adjusted their estimate up slightly because I had underestimated the amount of boxes (up by about $45, entirely reasonable) but other than that, there were no extra charges. No stress, no fuss. Highly reccomended.

I cannot not say enough about how great Frank and his team were. They moved my apartment so efficiently-- they had estimated 7 hours for the move, but it only took them 4 hours. I was really impressed by their hard work and professionalism. Right from the time I called to inquire about price to post-move follow up, Integrity Movers exceeded my expectations. They are a good value, too. You get four guys for the same price that many other movers charge for just 3 guys. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I've never had such a great experience with movers. From the scheduling and confirmation emails/phone calls to the actual move itself these guys were great. They arrived 15 minutes early so they could be sure to get a good parking spot on the block. Everyone worked hard -- they took apart furniture and put it back together for us. Nothing was damaged. And, they were extremely professional. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

These are the best movers in NYC bar none.The workers will put down a box and literally run to pick up the next item. They were extremely carefull as we had to move several mirrors and a piano and they did not scatch or damage any of my stuff or any of the walls of either my new or my old apt. They are appropriately named as thier interity and professional is tremedous. There were no hidden costs or extra charges or problems of any kind whatsoever. Do yourself a favour, if you are moving please, please call these guys. You will be extremely well satisfied.

These guys were great. I found them via this Citysearch listing. They showed up early and hustled all day. We were combining two apartments - one in Jersey and one in Brooklyn - and moving to Harlem. They executed a complicated move in one day, were super polite, considerate, and fast with no damage. They estimated the job would take 11 hours but did it in 9!

We 100% recommend these guys!

I was able to book my move with Integrity on relatively short notice. They showed up on time (actually, a few minutes early!), and were very friendly, courteous and efficient. They arrived at my new apartment before I did, but did not charge me extra for waiting time. Nothing was broken or damaged, either. And I was charged exactly what I was quoted. Considering how many things can go wrong with a moving company, I had a very pleasant expeience with Integrity.
