I really liked TOM....he answered Quickly and has worked hard aily on getting my pool in order. He also seems to be a really nice stand up guy, and I like his service. Ongoing service with Pool Works, LLC is mostly going to be the outcome.

I put in my request to Servicemagic, picked up some paperwork and walked to another office and my phone rang. It was the representative from Pool Works. We spoke of the problem I was having and he indicated he would be there that afternoon which he did. He had the problem rectified in 15 minutes and was gone. He charged me only for the service call!
He was very informative about what he was doing as well as giving a little advice on a couple of other little things.
I would have no hesitation in recommending him and will utilize his services again should the need arise.

I just bought a bank owned property that required a lot of work from a lot of contractors, laborers and technicians. Tom at Pool Works, LLC has been the best hire we have made. His work is excellent and thorough. He takes a lot of time to explain his work and educate the users. He reliable and trustworthy. Plus, he's just a really nice guy. My wife and I could not recommend Tom and Pool Works highly enough and will definitely use him again.

Tom Is a very nice guy. He showed up on time and gave us a lot of information on our pool. When he came out our pool was turning green and after he left it was nice and clean again.
