I really hate jcwhitney. I got ripped off by them. I ordered a Highland Ramparts Aluminum Loading Ramp Tops from them. They told me I can get the item for 3 days. Now, I still dont have it and my $39.99 is gone. I want my refund.

Poor customer service and parts not in stock. My husband bought a face shield online for his motorcycle months ago at JC Whitney, which never came in the mail. My husband emailed them three times with no response. A month and a half goes by. They never call him either, and my husband finally had to call them and cancel the order.

The site offers mediocre service.. The website itself requires a relatively higher degree of Internet know-how to navigate.. The check-out process is a bit complicated too.. But with a little patience and determination, you'll be able to successfully order the part you want. :) Delivery was also three days late.
