My experience with this company was pleasant from beginning to end. The receptionist was both professional and caring over the phone and did her best to get me the soonest possible appointment to remove the clog from my kitchen sink. I was called about an hour before our scheduled appointment and given an expected time of arrival and it was met. Once the plumber arrived, he was friendly and professional while all the time working skillfully and independently. No drama, no con-artistry. But the most important attribute I have to say I appreciated most about this company was that not once was I spoken to like I could not possibly understand the complexity of plumbing or its pricing. I was quoted a flat hourly rate over the phone and once the plumber arrived he went right to work earning his rate, and all things said and done - the expense came in 10% cheaper than the quote of their nearest competitor. This companies honesty and conscientiousness has earned both my respect and customer loyalty.

My kitchen drain was stubbornly clogged & Monte took care of it with courtesy & efficiency. He was unfazed by my hovering about & answered all of my plebeian questions with knowledge & patience. I was also impressed with the receptionist whose names escapes me- however,she quoted rates & also kept me informed about when help would be arriving. Although I hope not to have to call in the near future, I will definitely use A Better Plumbing company again & recommend it highly to friends.

My father had to get leg surgery, and our water heater had given out, so we needed a plumber that was excellent at what he did and was affordable. The answer: A-Better Plumbing. They picked up the water heater and installed it within a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable price. I recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber.

I called early in the morning and by mid day my leaking pipe and broken toilet were fixed. The plumber (Monte) was fair, honest, and respectful. I would recommend them and use their services again.

I've lived in Las Vegas for ten years and I've never had such excellent plumbing service! I had a leaky water heater and I was baffled about what to do. I called A-Better Plumbing co. and they came out in no time. The plumber was a joy and charged a great rate. From now on I know who to call for any issues I have in the future. Thank you A-Better.

monte ervin was great,got the job done fast and gave the best customer service i have ever recieved from a plumbing company before. my bath tub was leaking,water was every where i searched around for some kind of plumbing company and A-better plumbing company was the cheapest. he got the job done fast replaced all the pipes i needed replaced, and for a very good price as well. a better plumbing company was the best choice i made.

A BETTER PLUMBING COMPANY set appointment, showed up on time, quoted a price, performed the work, cleaned up, nice job on water heater, and the inspector said it was a good job. I reccomend this company for your plumbing needs.
