I'm very happy that I chose to hire Tommy, he has very good service. I learned many new things about the house. He was clear in communicating everything I needed to know, meticulous, knowledgeable, and has a great price! He is definitely 5 stars.

We found Tommy to be a very professional and knowledgeable inspector. He was prompt and made sure we were aware of any deficiencies detected by him on his very thorough inspection.He answered all of our questions. We shopped around and even having friends in the business, chose Tommy's company. We made a wise choice and are thankful for his detailed work product. We will be recommending his service to others.

Tommy was very professional and was more thorough than most home inspectors at twice the price! Homespector Inc. was very reasonable priced and with his coupon was almost half of what some other inspection companies charge. The report was complete with tons of photos of the house, with arrows indicating problem areas, notes and recommendations on how to correct these problems areas. Tommy guided me through the house as he performed the inspection and explained all his findings. I was also able to ask questions, and I was always giving a clear explanation. Tommy was early for the inspection and very friendly. I would highly recommend Homespector Inc. to anyone who needs his services.
