I work for a property management company in Hoboken and HBS are the first people I call when my clients need cleaning services. There are not many companies, good ones atleast, that service condo/apartment buildings like the ones I manage. I have ran into my share of fly by nighters but HBS have been wonderful for the 3 years I have been using them. I very highly recommend them and I feel comfortable working with them and having them service my clients' buildings.

I am an out of state investor (live in California) and I rely on Rich and his company to keep my building in good shape for my tenants. I have been using his company for 4 years now and never had a problem. If I need something done his guys can usually do it, and if he cant, then he knows someone who can. The tenants always have good reviews, prices are good, and hes a good person to have when your in this business. I wouldnt think of using any other service.
