I was considering opening a food businesses until I learned exactly what it took to make this happen. I took a 20-week course offered thru the SBDC, called the Greenhouse Entrepreneur Program. They have many courses available for the budding business person. Tim Shea and Maria Van Fleet are 2 great people working in this office - and they love what they do!
