While Dr. Biebel is great, his staff is compeltely unpleasant. Think of the most unpleasant customer service you've received and that is what you can expect from the non-medical staff. I beleive it was Connie last time who nastily told me I would have to pay if I missed another appointment after I tried INCESSANTLY (like calling into a radio show) to cancel my appointment from 8-8:20 on morning. The answering service wouldn't take my message because they were supposed to be there, and they appartently didn't switch over the phone until about 8:10, when it was busy...YES BUSY...you remember a busy signal? For the next 10 minutes.

If you are a working parent who has to go to work and can't keep calling to cancel an appointment for an indefinite amount of time, I recommend another practice. I

n addition, I received a certified letter that I needed to find a new Pediatrician, so evidently, complaining ia also not allowed, so stay away if voicing an opinion is something you do. Dr. Biebel said my daughter's care would "only get worse" if I had a bad relationship with his staff, which, literally, brought me to tears thinking of the power a receptionist weilds. It must be nice to be able to provide atrocious customer service, then get rid of anyone who brings it to your attention.

We love Dr. Biebel. He always takes the time to sit with us to go over everything we need to keep our children healthy. Our kids just think he is the best, he makes them so comfortable and at ease, even when they have to get shots! We highly not only recommend him, but his collegues, as well.

Great pediatric practice. Always able to get a same day appointment when kids are sick. Nurse line for questions that do not require a visit. Many of the docs also work for the Children's Hospital network and are always updating their skills. Especially recommend Drs. Biebel and Ostendorff.
