I have waited two weeks just to receive my mold kit for the bite guards. The email that they offer on the phone message and on the website is not functioning. This smells like a scam to me as there is no way to contact anyone at this company. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

After shipping back my impression kit, it took weeks before I got an email from Dorothy saying that the upper was too shallow but the lower was ok. I responded by asking if there was any advantages/drawbacks to using the lower mold instead. Never got a response. It took 2 months to finally get a response

You were notified weeks ago...I am sorry you did not received the message.

Yes, I was notified weeks ago, and responded WEEKS AGO. I sent nearly 15 emails and left 4 voicemails even though the message states that they are not responding to phone calls. What kind of a business doesn't respond to phone calls yet takes weeks to answer emails. I resisted the urge to give them a piece of my mind and politely asked for a refund. I was told that it would take 5-7 days to issue the refund. I'm now at 10 days and still do not have my money. It's now been 4 months since they charged me and I do not have my mold or my money back.

These people are trash.

I purchased a night guard dental device from this company several months ago. The first mold I mailed in was rejected as being too shallow.I was charged $7.45 for a second mold kit. I mailed the second molds in and have never received the product. Do not do business with this company.

My night guard was NOT what I ordered. My previous night guard made by a dentist lasted 30 years. The one I got from Precision dental failed in less than 2 years. They do no respond, answer the phone or email. The State of Georgia has

I ordered their top of the line night guard. My previous night guard lasted 30 years! This one tore after just 2 years at a seam in between 2 teeth - not on the biting surface. They asked me to mail it to them along with my teeth mold. After they received it, they told me I had to pay for a replacement. They don't answer phone calls and stopped responding to my emails. Currently the Georgia Governor's Office of Consumer Affairs will be investigating my complaint against Precision Dental Works. I do NOT recommend that you use them.

I also had a very similiar experience to another reviewer. I ordered my mouthguard and after a month of not receiving it emailed the company (they won't let you call them!!). The company sent me the tracking information (why don't they send this to begin with?) as proof they had delivered it. After calling USPS, I found out they inputed the wrong address for me. I emailed the company to complain and they said it was a systems error, offered no resolution to having waited over a month just to get a mold, and asked for another address. Since I was fed up and didn't trust them anymore, I cancelled my order. It took two emails of me asking them to cancel the order before they responded. They said they would refund my money in 3-5 days and it's been over two weeks and I still haven't received the credit!!!

They are awful. Don't use them.

I ordered a Night Guard on June 13th. I received it yesterday, August 21st. Three weeks after placing order, I sent a couple of email messages that were not responded to. When I threatened to call my credit card company to issue a chargeback, I received an email stating that it was shipping. The beginning of July, I received the kit, and mailed it back a few days later with a request that I was going out of town, could I receive the Guard before August 1st. Around July 20th I received a phone call saying the impression was not good enough, they'd mail me out another kit. Meanwhile, again, I had to send a few emails, finally got the redo-kit and mailed it back immediately. after waiting another 31/2 weeks, I finally received it. I paid $150 for it and it fits fine, but a little soft for what I've had in the past. (It was not the one advertised on the site as "soft" - it was the "dual-laminate") So, it will work fine until I save my money, go to my dentist and cough up the $400 for a solid, hard night guard that I can get in a week.
