We did a big box shopping experience before coming to Waukesha County Appliance. The selection was just as good, the store was beautiful, and the sales people were much more knowledgeable.

Owners are very helpful - knowledgeable staff. They go out of their way to assist customers. Deliveries arrive on time as promised. Clean store, nice location.

If you are looking for great appliances at a reasonable cost, this is the store for you. I purchased a washing machine and free standing stove on a Friday night and the appliances were delivered on Monday morning. Great service, selection. No high pressure selling, family run Appliance Store. Highly recommend them.
