Sterling McCall Toyota

One of the worst places I repaired my car is Sterling McCall Toyota body shop and collision center. Very simple repair was delayed 3 times. First I was to I get the car back within 5 days, next 10 days than 2 weeks and I still wait. They are hard to reach by phone, and if you speak to 3 people about the repair each will tell you different reason for delay. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

I've visited this dealership twice since moving to downtown Houston, and am satisfied with both the service and personel. Repairs were done in a timely manner, and the auto technition that I spoke with couldn't have been nicer. Will definately do business with them in the future if I have any more problems with my Toyota.

Because gas prices are so high, we decided to get something with better mileage, and we decided on the Prius. After getting the run-around from Fred Haas and Mike Calvert, we decided to go see what Sterling McCall had to offer. Not only did they have a much bigger selection, they went out of their way to make us feel special.
The dealership manager, Jerry Bush, sat down with us and we feel like we got the best deal possible. Kyle Moore, our salesperson, was very kind and even explained our new Prius' BlueTooth and how it works. They even set my first service maintenance appointment for me. Outstanding folks over at Sterling McCall Toyota.

I hate shopping for cars, so I went on line to get pricing on new Tundra. I had 4 dealerships contact me. Senad was the only one that didn't just try to get me to come to the dealership. He had a truck there that had everything I wanted and we agreed on the price over the phone. When I went there to see him Tundra was clean and everything was ready to go. It took 30 min. to complete the paperwork and I was out of there. I'm very happy with my Tundra and experience with Sterling McCall. No surprises, no games, go and see Senad.

Went to this dealership off of 59 and Bissonnett and was pleasantly suprised! We worked with our salesperson Senad, who was a joy to work with! No games, no bs, just a straight-shooting guy who did a great job of landing us a great deal on our new RAV4!

Very friendly folks that actually care about getting you the right car - not just the one that they want to sell you. I have been to many dealerships and have never been treated with such respect as I was here. Kudos to the sales manager Mike Shaw as well, a true professional!
