Conrad's Tire Express

I went to Conrad's after a Costco employee told me that Costco didn't offer a tire that another employee had told me was in stock(!) during a prior visit....
Well, what a rip off Conrad's turned out to be, tires were buy 2, get one free, so we expected 4 tires for the price of 3 for our 2004 Honda Odyssey. Conrad's charges an INSTALLATION FEE for tires, above their quoted tire price, which was an additional $15.00 per tire.
