We (Network Storage, Inc.) have used AccuPay for the last three years. We are a medium sized business and were struggling with meeting deadlines, getting things done and keeping payroll organized. AccuPay took over and streamlined our payroll process. No matter which team member answers our call they are knowledgeable and friendly. The team of specialists at AccuPay took our payroll process from painful...to perfect. Now when it is time to process payroll I simply log on to their easy to use payroll system, enter any information that has changed and send. I can review the payroll in full before it is processed and have a peace of mind that I have taken care of everything. And when payroll is processed on their end I receive an email stating it is complete! They also keep top of any changes in payroll laws and changes in state and federal processes and they communicate these changes to us via email. I also enjoy the mini newsletter that we receive that gives us helpful tips on doing business in general. After having AccuPay on our team I cannot imagine what I would do without them. They are a part of business and are truly a valued asset! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

Great Customer Service

The conversion to AccuPay one year ago was the smoothest conversion we have experienced to date. We use many outside services in our office and AccuPay provides the best service overall in terms of the system being user-friendly, the staff being customer-oriented, resourceful and accommodating to our needs and requests. We are very pleased we made the decision to convert from the payroll service we were using to AccuPay and would highly recommend them to any company looking for an automated payroll service.

Best payroll service in Indy!!

AccuPay's staff are experts in their field and go "the extra mile" for me. They answer my questions instead of telling me to call somebody else. They deliver accurate payrolls on time and do not surprise me with invoice charges. Their pricing is very affordable for small business owners like me.
