I can't make up my mind - is this highly instructive class with great food at the end? Or is it a Gourmet Meal preceded by an entertaining floor show?

Look at it this way - just for the MEAL the price is a great deal - and a very great amount of good information preceded it.

My wife and I attended 3 of the classes last session - and have signed up for ALL of them this time!

The classes were informative and entertaining - and the food was GREAT! Plus we met really nice couples, we are still friends with.

Old town cooking school is not your mother's home ec class but a real time demonstartion of the international culinary experiance for the Home Cooks and foodies

"We do not train chefs but we do provide home cookers with skills , information and insights.," owners Deb Swartz and Deanna Clark. We have between us thirty years of riding the range catering, teaching and feeding our families , of course. OTCS is a not only a swell place to improve your cookery but a place to learn more about regional cooking, slow foods, and providers. Our students are novices and veterans in the kitchen.

Old town cooking classes have no sponsors in order that we can be straight forward in our opinions on shops, restaurants, cookbooks and recipes."

Join us and improve your skills, have a buffet dinner with wine tastings at all classes.
