Someone here said Wilshire Skyline is owned by Isralies, I think they actually are Persians. I have a lot of nice jews friends and they all said Persians are the worst of the jewish community, their culture encourages lying and cheating in business they think is totally Ok. My experience with them was awful, the guy who manages the main office is the nephew of the big boss last name starting with the B... and is impossible to deal with, he won't listen to u, he will try to not give u ur deposit. I have never had any problem with landlords before until I met Wilshire Skyline

I wish there was a rating below 1....No matter how clean you leave the property; forget about that deposit. Time for new blinds? Take it out of the deposit!! Time to paint the patio railing? Take it out of the deposit!! Never once a complaint or issue during my year renting from them only to be treated like trash when trying to move. VERY unprofessional and unorganized. I would advise even those I don't like to stay away!!

This corporation is held and owned by Isaraeli's. Although, I have been and has always been a great Jewish supporter--this company takes leapes and bounds to model themselves as the worst steoriotypical jewish trait--CHEAP! Cheap buildings, cheap management, cheap carpets, cheap appliances, and cheap maintainance. They do everything on the cheap--although they charge market values for their apartments. I live in one of their buildings and have witnessed in 20 years (they owned it for 8 years only) a great change in managers almost annually. If you are one of the smart ones that checked your building management before you resnt--then consider yourselves lucky--to read all the above. They are all true except for the 5 stras filled out by their employees who live in their apartments--duh? who are they kidding!

I've lived in three of Wilshire Skyline's buildings and I believe I am well-qualified to say that their buildings are superbly maintained and their customer service is very responsive, polite and considerate. I would recomment this management company to anyone. Their apartments are the best bang for buck value in LA. Period.??

I live in a property in Hollywood that is managed by Wilshire Skyline. Also, I just found out today that a friend of mine lives in an apartment managed by them in Beverly Hills. After getting my invitation for a Christmas Party here in my building, I felt compelled to express my thoughts on Wilshire Skyline:They are awesome. The staff is very professional. They started managing this building only recently, but already a lot of us are in admiration. They don't mess around, they are very on top of things. At the same time, they throw this Christmas party. Awesome. My friend in 90210 agrees-WILSHIRE SKYLINE DESERVES A MEDAL!

The worst managed properties in Los Angeles, starting with 954 Palm Ave. 7 years waiting for a stove to be repaired, a sink put in bathroom , held in by two containers of caulk (guess they lost the instructions about the clips, washers and bolts) No smoke detectors and if you want the ones in the corridors to work , you better put in new batteries yourself, as for lighting supply you own bulbs for hallways and outside as well as garage. I personally have spent 22.00 on bulbs. after waiting two weeks to be replaced. As for managers well they are replaced every six or so months. Don't plan on staying very long as they want there rent increases/Market value and will come by unnanounced to try to buy you to leave. Really makes you feel welcome.

City officials have been bought off to turn a blind eye as Wilshire Skyline, Inc. illegally violates tenants?? rights and local municipal codes. The property at 954 Palm Ave, West Hollywood, CA is a perfect example. Helena, Resident Manager, has coerced disabled tenants to sign buyout agreements without having a witness present. Under oath she has opening lied about facts to assist in evicting tenants from rent controlled apartments. The legal representation for WSI, maintains, fosters and encourages the unprofessional, unethical and illegal acts against Wilshire Skyline, Inc.??s tenants. Be very cautious doing business with this corporation. Approach Wilshire Skyline, Inc. as you would a rattle snake.
