I could not have asked for a better experience. They were very professional and really helped me with almost anything I needed. They even helped me find my venue. They went above and beyond. My dress was beautiful and arrived early. I loved the staff.

This store rocks. I got all my dresses here and the service was outstanding! The alterations went well and were not too expensive. I would tell all my friends to go to this store!

This place used to be great, but customer service is now non-existant. Be careful going here. Prices are good, but I wouldn't feel good recommending them to anyone.

I love this store! They are very helpful and you don't need to make an appointment to try on the wedding dresses. They have a wedding dress for any budget.

I went to just about every bridal shop in Tacoma and this store is by far the best. The customer service was fantastic and they let me try on everything from dresses,veils,shoes,jewelry and more. I found the perfect dress and they helped me figure out what looked best on my body shape. I did not need an appointment and they had so many contacts to help me with other parts of planning my wedding. It was a great experience. Even my Mom was impressed and the store is really cute.
