CAR TECHNIKS

Today after much debate I took my car to Car Techniks.

I've been having problems with my BMW from day one, the check engine light, ABS, TC, you name it, it was happening to this vehicle. Anyway I took it in for a full diagnostic and to my surprise there was still a problem with the engine.

I was informed that the previous mechanic "fooled" the computer in order to stop the check engine light from coming on, so the vehicle will appear to be fixed, there was also two leaks and some wear and tear with the brakes disc.

I now know what is actually wrong with my vehicle thanks to the owner Michael. I really appreciate your service, it was par excellent, so to speak. I will definitely be going to this repair shop when is time to have these problem rectified.

I want to thank you so very much for being such a blessing to our family by doing all the repairs to our daughter, Ana's BMW. I have told everybody I know of, how awesome you are. You made time for us, and made us feel as if we were your only customers in your shop. When we left your place of business, my daughter said, "Where do you know Michael from?" My reply of course, was that I had just met you that day!!

I highly recommend Michael at Car Techniks to anybody. He is very professional and very kind, I know that when you leave his shop you will also feel as I did and know that you have found a great mechanic and made a great friend.

I am glad I found this shop. I used to go to the dealer, and that was getting extremely expensive. Every time it was $600-$800, even for just maintenance. I went from local repair shop to local repair shop; I was never quite impressed with their knowledge. I finally found my way to Car Techniks; not only they were cheaper than the dealer, but they knew what they are talking about. I even tried to trip them up (I'm an air craft mechanic). I am extremely satisfied.

Lead technician is very personable and he makes sure you understand whatever needs to be fixed or replaced is legit. He will go out of his way to save you money and he has no problem with showing exactly what should be fixed or if it can wait a couple of months. He's all about reputation not just making a profit. I wouldn't go anywhere else to have my BMW maintained or serviced.

My BMW Check engine light came on and got referred over to Car Techniks by a close friend. When I talked with Michael on the phone, I was really taken back. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. When I met him in person, I never felt for a moment that I was being taken for a ride. The shop was impressive and the level of service and professionalism was second to none! The repair was done quickly and at a price that I could stomach. I have finally found a person to trust with my most prized possession.

Car Techniks did a great job for me. I own a Lexus RX300 and took it in for a routine 60,000 mile service. It was performed on time, for the estimated amount and I wasn't pressured to get "other" work done. I have never felt more comfortable with an auto repair shop.

All anticipated charges are reviewed in detail before the work is done and all the work is guaranteed. I feel totally confident that the work being done is necessary, done well and I am paying a fair price. In fact, when I have done price comparisons, Car Techniks prices are always the lowest. This is where I'm going for future service!

I brought my 99 Acura in about 2 months ago to have a whole laundry list of items taken care of. The over-the-phone consult was very straightforward and pleasant. More important, I never got the slightest patronizing tone of voice that many mechanics seem to adopt when talking to female clientele. Their estimate was about 25% lower than Acura dealer quoted me over the phone for the same scope of work. Fast turnaround, they found and fixed even more problems than we initially discussed, yet they stayed within the agreed-upon expense limit. Overall, a great experience.

I'll love to take my BMW to them anytime.: I have been using these folks for several years. Each and every time, their service is impeccable, the prices are reasonable and typically a couple of hundred dollars less than most shops. They even understand "girl" explanations of what is going on with the vehicle. What a deal, since I only speak "girl".

For the first couple of times I used them, they would give me quotes (which is their normal operating procedure) and I would tell them that I would get back with them. When I called to get comparison quotes, they were always the better deal. I have stopped getting other quotes because I can trust these guys to give me the best deal.

Now let's be truthful, the lesser of the cost is not always the better deal. Car Techniks is the exception. The reason they are the exception is that the work is accurate. They love what they do and it shows.

All in all, I recommend these guys to everyone. You will be treated fairly and with respect. They are the BEST!
