my first experience with pet pampering was good, however, the second time around, my appt. was changed because groomer was sick, I told them i wasnt sure of that time or date due to conflict with work. i had to cancel a day before,well the owner wanted to charge me a no show fee, even though i wasnt the one to change my appt. and notified them i probably wasnt able to keep them.
i found this very unfair and told him that i would not be using his services anymore. he then send me various unprofessional emails,
he said he had soooooooo many responsible customers. in these times we never have enough customers and at the rate he's going he'll have less. very rude and unprofessional.

This person chose her own date & time for our groomer to come back to groom her pet . All we ask of all our clients is it they need to cancel or Re-Schedule there confirmed grooming appointment to contact us at least 24 hrs in advance from there grooming time so that we can make the appropriate changes and the groomer does not travel to the persons home. Even if a last min emergency came up we understand we would just like to be notified . NO type of cancelation was made, She never called the day before, she spoke to the groomer while the groomer was waiting in front of her home waiting to groom her pet !.( If she called we would have never went to her home ) all we ask for is a professional courtesy of an e-mail or call so things like this don't happen .
She was never charged any fee for her Non - Cancelation / No Show .
We take pride in our work
