Pet Pampering Patrol are Great ! I used the other bronx mobile groomer and i thought they were terrible & Rude . I then found this mobile groomer and I hit the jack pot !! The Pet Pampering Patrol is hands down the best Mobile Dog Groomer in the BRONX ! Glen's work is outstanding ! So happy that we found our new groomer for my 3 dogs ! keep up the good work

my first experience with pet pampering was good, however, the second time around, my appt. was changed because groomer was sick, I told them i wasnt sure of that time or date due to conflict with work. i had to cancel a day before,well the owner wanted to charge me a no show fee, even though i wasnt the one to change my appt. and notified them i probably wasnt able to keep them.
i found this very unfair and told him that i would not be using his services anymore. he then send me various unprofessional emails,
he said he had soooooooo many responsible customers. in these times we never have enough customers and at the rate he's going he'll have less. very rude and unprofessional.

I heard about this guy from some of my girlfriends ( they say that the NY Daily News did a 2 page article on him ! ) so i went to his web site and found that it was very informative , answered any and all of my questions and when I was ready I simply booked my appointment on the web site ( So EASY !!!) . He came on Saturday the 15th on time and was very nice to me and my baby. the whole job took about a little over an hour and when he was done he called me and I came out and there he was with my little baby "AND SHE LOOKED GREAT!!!" what a great groomer !! I was very impressed with his grooming skills and recommend him 150% !I cant stop thanking him and my friends for telling me about him his name is Glen . So Go to the web site and see for yourself & book you will be very happy with his service

This guy is the best HANDS DOWN ! I have used other Mobile Groomers before and I will give everyone a chance but( Because this guy is always booked) He truly is the best ! Nice person , Very Professional , what can I say if you truly want someone that knows what he is doing and want a top notch grooming use this guy glen he is NO JOKE ! also it is very easy to book on line on the web site ! Great job see you soon.

I cant say enough how good this service is. Trust me you wont be disappointed. They are great with your pets ,always on time and it is so convenient to have them come right to your home or work a few hours later your pet is groomed to perfection and your satisfaction.
