The 3-man crew that moved me were excellent!! Professional, on-time, courteous, helpful. I've already decided when I move again in about 2 months I not only will use FlatRate Movers again, but would like to request the same crew. top rate! AND yes I would recommend FlatRate Movers!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Worked with Alic Lin over the phone who was extremely knowledgeable, patient, precise and helpful. The movers were very professional and friendly.

Flat Rate packed us and shipped our household from Los Angeles, CA to San Francisco, CA.The crew was prompt, professional, personable and considerate. Our things were moved and set up with virtually no loss or damage. The crew went out of its way to be helpful and considerate. They offered us little conveniences that we would not have thought to request. No one in the throes of moving a household could consider the task a pleasure. But being looked after by folks that go out of their way to take the pain out of it sure helps a lot. Great service.

Here's a big consumer tip....use Flat Rate Moving! This was by far the best moving service I have ever experienced. My office needed a moving company at the last minute...Flat Rate quickly sent out their professional estimator, within an hour I had a guaranteed quote. On move day the crew arrived on time and were skilled, friendly and efficient...what a combination! Don't stress with your next move...stay away from hourly quotes...move with Flat Rate

My husband and I used Flat Rate. We tried them on a recommendation and of course were interested in the concept of "flat rate". I was quoted the rate based on my own detailed account of what things we had to move. This inventory account was a little bit than our last mover so I was hesitant, but the rate was really good so we decided to go with it. When they showed up, I realized I had underestimated how many boxes we had - by a lot. They were extremely understanding and made quick adjustments to accommodate us. They got everything moved without a problem and were great with our furniture! The rate did go up slightly with the unexpected extra boxes (but not as much as I would've thought!) and it was still well under our other quotes. They I will use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs to move!

I have used Flat Rate Moving Systems for my move, and it was Outstanding! The set-up (flate rate) is great but what reallymade the difference was the movers themselves. All three werehardworking, took their job seriously and very personable; I have movedfive times in the last six years in the Los Angeles area and this was thefirst one that was problem-free and the first one where the movers wereprofessionals. Super professional & reasonable movers

I absolutely loved working with Flat Rate Movers! These guys are great! We have moved five times in the last four years, and used other movers in the past. Starving Students ripped us off and broke a few items we cared a lot about, some other local movers in the bay area took care of the other three moves, but bitched about it the entire time.
When it came to moving from San Francisco to L.A., this time, we did our homework. Flat Rate really does deliver what they promise. Jake came and did our in-home estimate, we agreed on the price and that's exactly what we ended up paying. I have to admit- we had a bit more than was on the sheet, but the movers didn't complain- the price was the price and that was it.
Not only did they bring all the stuff to wrap everything- there wasn't an extra charge for blankets, boxes, etc. They even took our clothing out of the closets and packed & Unpacked it at the new place! How awesome is that?!
They work quickly and efficiently, each guy introduced himself with a smile and a hand shake and they didn't complain at all.
We were probably a big pain in their behinds, since the place we were moving to wasn't ready when it was supposed to be. They were so sweet, and held our delivery for three extra days. They didn't unload the truck, they just let it wait for us to be ready... and they could not have been nicer about the whole thing.
When it came time to unload our truck full of stuff- the delivery guys were incredible! It took less than 4 hours for them to unpack an entire truck, including stairs and a bit of a walk to our front door- not to mention our three levels INSIDE the place as well.
They worked their butts off and we were amazed and grateful! They even helped us move things around after we changed our minds where we wanted them, and did it with a smile!
IF you're looking to move, whether it's five minutes away or cross country, these guys are fabulous. It's not just about the money, because a lot of movers will end up charging you more than they estimate (we have had other movers add over $1000 to the total price come delivery time) ... Flat Rate is fair, honest, friendly, efficient and quick. They don't waste time, and they are always pleasant- even when you call 20 times to change the pick up & delivery dates.
We were a nightmare customer for them, I'm sure, but they made us feel like we were super easy to work with and they were grateful for our business.
If you want a professional, reasonable move and have faith your belongings will 1. arrive and 2. arrive in tact, call Flat Rate for an estimate. They really are the best around, and I'm sure you won't be sorry.
