We tried them on a recommendation and of course were interested in the concept of &quot;flat rate&quot;. I was quoted the rate based on my own detailed account of what things we had to move. This inventory account was a little bit than our last mover so I was hesitant, but the rate was really good so we decided to go with it. When they showed up, I realized I had underestimated how many boxes we had - by a lot. They were extremely understanding and made quick adjustments to accommodate us. They got everything moved without a problem and were great with our furniture! The rate did go up slightly with the unexpected extra boxes (but not as much as I would've thought!) and it was still well under our other quotes.
