This 60-seat space is an all-day cafe, furbished with two-toned green booths that line exposed brick walls. Here, they will be serving fresh-baked chocolate croissants, citrus french toast and an array of fritattas. They will integrate the haute concept of an amuse bouche into this laid back spot. In the back dining room, you'll find a sunny, skylit setting, glossed in chocolate and apricot accents. On the menu: traditional sandwiches, paninis, and burgers with handcut fried and homemade pickles. Try the Grilled falafel burgers that are punched up with coffee tahini dressing, a wrap reveals miso-glazed salmon and homemade gnocchi comes smothered in pignoli nut pesto. Umm Umm good

AWESOME FOOD!  5 Star Rating - World class

I had gotten off the wrong stop and landed in Little Italy I had decided to look around. Coming from Queens the envoirment was very different. When I steped in Prince ST. Cafe everyone was very nice. The menu SUPRISED me, nothing under $15! As I walked to the back of the cafe the pastiers called me! They were mouth-watering! As I walked to the back many like I where suprised to find it very big coming from the veiw of the front! I ordered a Prince Burger (Medium) and a cappucino. The cappucino was AMAZING! The foam wasnt watery and thin like in star bucks! It was thick and how a cappucino should be made! When the burger came I counld belive that $8 could buy me so much! And the first time in a long time the burger was cooked to medium like I asked. The fries also came with a herb mayo dipp and the fries where made there and then! Everything was very fresh! I then ordered a red velvet cupcake. Which again very fresh and delicious.(Kodos to Prince St. for making thier own cupcakes and pasteries and not buying from ANYONE!) Before I left the chefs thanked me and I had small talk. I really liked how I was like family and its very welcoming! Now I go there every week like a religion. YOU HAVE TO GO OR YOUR MISSING ALOT!

Best BURGER it town 5 Star Rating - World class

I'm was shopping in NOLITA , on friday, when I discovered a great cafe. I had their Prince burger. It was juicy and fool of flavor. They use herb mayo, absolutely to die for. Perfect hand cut fries too. Triple berry smoothie was fantastic also. Everything on the menu looked great.

Pros: great value
Cons: no alcohol

Disappionting 2 Star Rating - Wouldn't recommend

I have been here 3 three times now for lunch/brunch because I work so close by. Every time I go, the food gets worse! The servers are friendly, but very slow. I definitely do not recommend sitting next to the kitchen in the back of the restaurant. It gets really stuffy back there and there is a cook in the kitchen that is always yelling. Everything on the menu sounds really good and the prices are so reasonable, but don't be fooled! The omelettes are boring and runny. The pasta is heavy and bland. The falafel burger is dry. The pancakes are raw in the center! If you do find youself at this little cafe, stick with the basics: a cup of coffee, soup and a sandwich.

Pros: The prices are very reasonable
Cons: The food is a let-down

Phenomenal Coffee 5 Star Rating - World class

In a city where the competition seems to be the next best cup of espresso-based coffee, its nice to stumble across a place that has incredible "cup" coffee (from a standard drip coffee). Not advertised as such, but this is the first cup of coffee that I've had in awhile that just makes you stop your conversation, take another sip, and go "wow, that's good." Highly recommended. And free coffee by the cup prior to 11AM on weekdays and weekends. The fritata and blueberry pancakes are phenomenal, but the banana pancakes are the coup d'etat - incredible in both presentation and flavour/taste/consistency.

Disappointing 1st Try at Prince Street Cafe 1 Star Rating - Unsatisfactory

As a Nolita resident I finally decided to check out this relatively new cafe. It seemed appealing with the new decor and internet access as I wanted to get a casual late dinner. I must admit that I was terribly disappointed. My burger was mediocre at best and my fries were cold. This wouldn't have bothered me as much if the place had been incredibly busy, however, being one of only a couple people in the cafe at that time I figured they could have prepared a decent meal. The service was poor as well (once again, with only two guests, it shouldn't be too hard to ask me if my meal was going OK). I'm all for new places trying to break into our neighborhood but there is a reason why Cafe Gitane, Cafe Habana and others have been around and popular for so long with their consistently good food and attentive service. If Prince Street Cafe wants to survive in Nolita, they should step up their game. By the way, I wall go back for breakfast and write another review if I have a different experience (I'm a fair person.)
